Developing pattern of manpower deployment so as to make optimum use of available manpower resources.
Maintaining close co-ordination with Government departments and Law enforcement agencies concerned with the working of the airline.
Maintaining proper records of all cases of theft and pilferage and take appropriate measures to prevent occurrence of such incidents.
Sending incident reports to the Headquarters on all the matters affecting the operations or the overall work environment of the organization, in addition to periodical reports that may be prescribed from time to time.
Ensuring discipline, efficiency and welfare of the staff working under him and keep the VP airports posted with such matters as deserve his attention.
Holding periodical meeting with different categories of staff and ensure that effective action is taken to improve their turn-out, enhance efficiency, remove impediments, redress their grievances, and take such measures as would be necessary for better functioning of the Airports .
