Scale of Pay:
Eligible and fitting candidates, if chosen for the post of Computer Teacher will be compensated with a monthly salary of Rs.38227/-, whereas, those who get selected for the post of Data Entry Operator, will be paid with Rs.13500/-.

B.Sc. (IT/CS/Internet Science), BCA, B-Level of DOEACC, BIT or any equivalent degree as specified in the official recruitment notice.
Data Entry Operators
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks along with 1 year Diploma in Computer and a typing speed of at least 30 w.p.m. in Punjabi & English.

Age Bar:
All applicants before applying must make sure that their age varies only between the ages of 18- 38 years (as on 1st January, 2014). However, suitable age relaxation will be applicable as per latest Government rules.
Application Procedure:
Applicants who fulfill the given criteria of eligibility may apply online by registering themselves on ssapunjab.org . Take a print out of the Acknowledgement slip. Candidates are then supposed to deposit the registration fee of Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for reserved candidates) next day through a State Bank of Patiala Challan. After confirmation of registration, fill all the details carefully in the online registration portal. Upload soft copies of your signature and photo and take a print out of it for further reference.
