We are looking to hire Business Development Managers to work with our elite partners and their clients to identify, capture and close remote infrastructure management opportunities in the following regions –
Base Cities : Boston or New York covering northeast region
Base Cities : Houston or Dallas covering south central region
San Jose covering northwest region
Responsibilities:
Cultivate relationships with the sales teams of elite partners in the region
Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities generated through elite partners
Develop opportunities into pursuits and close pursuits.
Lead, collaborate and motivate sales pursuit teams (elite partner and NetEnrich)
Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
Assist in the assessment, design, and development of technical requirements and solutions.
Support the development of project proposals; employ data gathering techniques and analysis in order to present proposed solutions to clients.
Navigate within partner organization to drive “Top of Mind”
Client management, monthly service review, quarterly business review and expectation management
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in successfully selling IT infrastructure outsourcing services (defined as, service desk, servers, network, data center, hybrid cloud and application management).
Demonstrated experience in providing unique insights to CIOs and IT management to address their IT challenges
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and the challenges faced by enterprises and IT practioners in managing their increasingly complex IT infrastructure
An expert in infrastructure technology who is a proven "hunter" in their approach to developing new accounts
High level of comfort preparing and leading client presentations
Must be able to close $5M+ in ACV of net new business year in and year out
Documented history of making/exceeding quotas and recent earnings of at least $200K total compensation
Significant degree of self-motivation, direction and integrity
Travel in US required
