This position is responsible for both solution implementation and ongoing management of customers using Autonomy’s hosted suite of eDiscovery products. Successful candidates are particularly skilled at managing Web-based technology solutions, client and risk management and managing a team in a matrix environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project and operations management for clients of Autonomy’s litigation support software solution.
• Account / customer relationship management and effective project scheduling and expectation setting.
• Individual contributor who leverages hosting, IT and/or litigation case administration experience to deliver high-impact results.
• Work with development team to deliver customized solutions and professional services to customers.
• Development and implementation of client-specific operating procedures related to document productions, loading, etc.

Job Requirements:

• BA / BS required.
• 3-5 years of project / customer success, backed by strong peer and customer references.
• 2 years working with litigation support databases and/or case management at a major law firm preferred.
• One (1), or more, years of electronic data discovery experience (data extraction, tape restoration, scanning, coding, etc.) preferred .
• Experience working with clients on business solutions.
• Familiarity with Litigation Support Software and its practical applications.
• Experience working in the Litigation Support department of a major law firm is a plus.
• Experience working for a Litigation Support services provider is a plus.
• Ability to manage risks, priorities and expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior technical and business problem-solving skills and judgment .
• Eager and able to learn the latest technical skills.
• Excellent written, oral and listening skills.
• Domain experience in managed application hosting, systems knowledge, database management, operations, process design and / or litigation support services a plus.
• Ability to balance the requirements of satisfying customers and meeting revenue targets.
