Position Summary:
We are currently seeking technical personnel to work directly with our clients implementing our software products. We are looking for people who are passionate about technology and use innovative ways to problem solve and create new solutions to meet customer requirements.
In this role you are responsible for constructing the Optimost subject templates that drive our testing process and integrating IDOL, Autonomy’s core product. This is a programming position that will also involve direct client relationship management with an element of project management and QA. You will have high levels of interaction with both technical and non-technical personnel and some contact with customers. In addition, you will be required to work both independently and in a team environment.
You will work closely with Optimost Client Directors responsible for renewal of customers, to deliver solutions to our clients.
Requirements:
• Experience with client-side programming and understanding of Web technologies such as HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML and AJAX.
• 2 to 4 years of client facing experience.
• Self-motivated and capable of delivering proactive, credible, and responsive service to clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with exceptional organizational skills, demonstrable experience of delivering to deadline.
• Bachelor’s
degree from top tier University/School in Computer Science/ Science/Engineering or Mathematics (specific universities required, grade 3.2 or above).
• Knowledge of online marketing, technical tools and web optimization.
• Good understanding of the DOM and DOM scripting using JavaScript.
• Experience and good understanding of web pages debugging.
• Experience with one or more back-end programming language, such as PHP and ASP.
