As a Junior Engineering Consultant based out of our San Francisco, CA office your primary objective is to learn; that’s right, learn. Your ability to truly listen, understand, learn and apply technology to meet our client’s needs will be the key to your success in this role. As a Junior Engineering Consultant you will be responsible for delivering software solutions in the following areas:
• Web application development using Java, Ruby, or equivalent
• Develop productivity enhancing tools and scripts for our clients software development infrastructure
• Provide software build management and administration support
• QA scripting automation
• Generate, enhance and promote ideas for useful new products and technologies
The following skills and experience you bring to Tacit Knowledge will be critical to your success:
• 1 to 3 years working on software development projects
• Foundational Java programming skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
