Rintaro, a new Japanese restaurant by chef Sylvan Mishima Brackett, has opened in San Francisco's Mission district, SF Eater reported. Brackett previously built out the Japanese catering business Peko Peko after working at Chez Panisse.
The new 60-seat restaurant is located on 14 th Street and Mission, in the space formerly occupied by Chez Spencer, which was heavily damaged in a fire last year.
