Home-cooked meals-on-wheels services seem to be the startup category du jour, and there’s no shortage of tech veterans eager to get into the business.
Sprig, officially launching in parts of the city next week, is the newest entrant in the mobile food delivery space. It comes from Udemy co-founder Gagan Biyani and former Google executive chef Nate Keller, who together are confident they can deliver on a promise of hot, gourmet meals that arrive within 20 minutes of order time.
