Specialty of the house prime rib, hand-cut steaks, and fresh seafood have kept the locals coming for years to this cozy, old-fashioned hideaway with a dark atmosphere and red-leather booths. Enjoy breakfast or lunch, and don’t worry about dinner, because they are open daily until midnight. The beef is aged, USDA Choice or higher, and entree prices are reasonable and include a choice of soup or dinner salad, steak fries, baked potato, house rice, or fresh vegetables. Try the 1-full-pound sweet red Alaskan king crab legs served with drawn butter and lemon or the slow-cooked barbecue baby back ribs finished on the char broiler. A cozy bar and lounge with a fireplace is the perfect setting for an after-dinner nightcap.
