Going to the Centara Grand Beach Resort in south central Chaweng for any reason is a thrilling experience. The Pasta seafood salad will appeal to anybody who enjoys the fruits of the seas and the incredible Italian cheese and cold cut platter will have even the most discerning diners taste buds set on fire. Beef and Salmon carpaccio dishes almost spring from their dishes and with bowls full of fresh salad ingredients such as Grana padano, croutons, caesare dressing, chicken, cooked ham, prawns, bacon bits, anchovies, cucumber, sweetcorn, shredded carrot and white and purple cabbage, sundried tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes, roasted pumpkin, pan fried zucchini, asparagus and a superb selection of dressings you can really let your imagination go wild and create your own personalized dream salad and before you are faced with the incredible main dishes don’t forget to add a slice or two of mushroom or tomato and parmesan brochette to your plate, if you still have room.

The main course selection includes dishes such as the rich and fulfilling Mushroom risotto that is infused with the subtle tastes of Italian herbs, the rich and hearty Beef with penne pasta, the freshest Salmon sautéed with deliciously rich pesto sauce, deliciously tender Chicken and bacon, delicately grilled fish fillets, Grilled pork with olive salsa, decadent Mussels Bechamel, rich and indulgent vegetable, beef and seafood lasagna, Tomato and broccoli béchamel, Sauteed mussels and clams, creamy Mashed potatoes, Lamb Osso Bucco that literally falls off the shank, Creamy polenta, Baked egg plant parmigana, Salted and pepper calamari, Pork piccara with lemon and capers, Live cooking, tender grilled beef and of course a good selection of Pizza. If you find yourself in the fortunate position where you have left enough room for dessert then you will find yet another deliciously difficult choice between decadent desserts such as Tiramisu, Chocolate tart, rich berry panna cotta, gateaux, pastries, elegant and fresh Lemon meringue and fresh cut local exotic fruits.
