Payments can be made by credit card (via PayPal) or bank transfer: Please note that all bank fees from the sending bank are at the charge of the sender
Full payment to be made 30 days prior to arrival date
Last minute bookings under 30 days are to be paid in full immediately
A refundable 20,000THB security deposit (30,000THB for stay 15 nights or longer) will be required upon arrival – from this we will deduct 5 THB per unit for electricity. The deposit (minus electric costs) will be returned on your departure provided the villa is left in good order. A copy of your passport is also required upon arrival
Rates are per night and based on maximum 8 persons. Each additional person after 8 (up to 10 persons) will be an additional charge of 1000 THB per person, per night.
