SYNOPSIS
Currently working(Since Aug 2009) as a Metal Machinist as well as CNC Programmer cum Operator in Precision Industries, Mumbai. Handled various CNC Machineries like CNC Milling, CNC Edm Machine and CNC Wire cut Machine. Use Unigraphics NX6 and Solid Edge software for product modeling and manufacturing.
Worked for Universal Technologies Pvt Ltd, Mumbai (Jan 2007 to Jan 2009)as a Metal Machinist, Experience on various CNC Machinery and use CAD/CAM software like Art cam (6.0, 8.0) & Unigraphics NX4, NX5 & NX6 and Solid Edge software for model making and programming.
Worked as a Tool & Die maker with MS Enterprises, Mumbai during implant training and handled different projects independently.
WORK PROFILE
1 Design Section: Having knowledge in designing of various tools like Press Tools, Injection Moulds, Jig & Fixtures, die casting dies and product designing with use of designing software.
2 Production Planning and control Section: Have got the experience that how to handle a various projects of press tool die , injection mould die, Die Casting die and how to solve the problems in production related to machinery and product designing.
3 CNC Machine Section: having good experience in OPERATING and PROGRAMMING of cnc machines like CNC Milling machine, CNC Lathe machine, CNC wire cut machine and CNC EDM machine.
4 Quality Control Section: having good experience in inspection of various jobs and got the knowledge of all the measuring instruments like Profile Projector, Height Master and basic knowledge of CMM. Widely use to with QC instruments like Vernier Caliper , Micrometer , Try square, Slip Gauge , Bore Gauge , Inside Caliper , Angle Protector and Trimos( for checking hole diameter, shaft outer diameter, angle, parallelism, right angle and linear dimension without any measuring error.)
5 Assembly Section: having skill of assembly various tools like press tools, split inj. Moulds, three plate injection Moulds and brief knowledge about Die casting die.
6 Injection molding: Completed the project for plastic bottle cap Mould including designing of Mould, manufacturing on machine, assembled and take a successful trial.
Having knowledge of various process of HEAT TREATEMENT like metal hardening with different HRC, carburising, nitriding, Case hardening etc.
