SOUTH YARMOUTH, Mass. — Terri (Benoit) Atkins, passed away on April 13, 2015. She is survived by her loving family, Deborah Blair and her husband Lyman of Millbury, Sandra Bellmar and her husband Robert of Yarmouth Port, Steven Bovat and his wife Sandra of Sandwich and Tammy Lapierre of Worcester.
She leaves seven grandchildren David and Michael Blair, Amanda Theresa Bellmar, Nicollette and Camille Bovat, and Ryan and Sarah Lapierre. She also leaves two great grandchildren Arianna and Ethan Blair, a sister Rita Cook and brother Roland Benoit. She is predeceased by brothers Lionel and Donald Benoit, sister Lucy Englebert all from Vermont and son in law Keith Lapierre of Worcester.
She was born in St. Albans, moved to Massachusetts in 1955 and Cape Cod in 1993.
One of Terri’s greatest joys was spending time with family, especially Christmas and making Christmas cookies. She loved the beach, cooking and entertaining friends.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday April 16, from 4-7 p.m. at the Morris, O’Connor & Blute Funeral Home, 58 Long Pond Dr., South Yarmouth. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday April 17 at 11am at Saint Pius X Church, Station Ave., South Yarmouth.
