A Minneapolis attorney has scheduled a news conference at the State Capitol Building in St. Paul tomorrow to announce a law suit against the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, according to a news release today.
Attorney Erick Kaardal invites the public to a press conference and announcement, which will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in room 125 of the State Capitol Building, St. Paul, Minnesota. The announcement will pertain to a new lawsuit which is to be filed tomorrow against the DNR, the news release stated. The timing of the lawsuit is about three weeks before the fishing opener on May 10.
Many expect the law suit will be related to walleye management on Mille Lacs Lake, but no further details are available yet.
