NEW COMPENSATION PLAN DETAILS

ADDENDUM (added 11/3/14): Official New Telexfree Compensation Plan
TelexFREE new compensation plan, as drafted and released by Carlos Costas (TelexFREE co-owner and Director of Marketing in Brazil), on the 28th of February, 2014, is presented in this article. It is very important to note that this compensation plan has NOT been IMPLEMENTED YET!

As at today, 7th March 2014, the OLD Compensation Plan is STILL ACTIVE! The draft of the NEW Compensation Plan is presented here, and the OFFICIAL version will only BECOME FULLY OPERATIONAL as from 9th of March, 2014 i.e. after its official release.



Please note that although the new compensation plan will become effective as from the 9th of March 2014, all previously existing contracts (i.e. ADCENTRAL and ADCENTRAL FAMILY) will CONTINUE TO BE UNDER THE OLD PLAN UNTIL THE 52 WEEKS CONTRACT PERIOD HAVE EXPIRED!

The New Compensation Plan
The new plan is here, in this article, described in two different ways, for a more wholistic understanding i.e. more like looking at the same stuff from different angles.

[A] First Way of Describing The Compensation Plan
(a). ASSOCIATE (Similar to the old plan’s PARTNER designation)
Value of membership: US $149
System Maintenance (Monthly): US $19.90

NOTE: On the value of membership (U.S. $149) and the monthly U.S. $19.90 the company pays the associate NOTHING. You MUST Sell products to EARN

Benefits of being an Associate:

You will receive a personalized site and 10% in bonus for every DIRECT SALES.

Clients/Customers can access the website to buy the product / service.

Products: TelexAPP , TelexMobile, VOIP International Long Distance Plans

(b). DIRECT SALES EARNINGS

U.S. $49.90 (10% of sales of 10 products)

Every time a customer purchases any of the plans or product on your website, you will receive 10% commission for every sale.

(c). INDIRECT SALES EARNINGS:

U.S. $19.96 1st level (1% of the sale of 40 products, assuming 10 product sales per 2 partners that act as your qualifiers. And the other 2 partners are referred by your 2, 1 per qualifier)

Earnings on sales of their team partners.

INDIRECT commissions on sales of the service down to the 5th level.

(d). DISCLOSURE EARNINGS

You will earn U.S. $100 per week in the first month, then you must Qualify as Ad Family PLUS to continue earning $100 a week. Otherwise, you will earn $50 per week.

BUT…You MUST Sell 10 products (total sales = $49.90 * 10 = $499) in order to earn weekly

AND…You MUST post 5 ads per day every day (35 ads per week) in order to earn weekly

AGAIN: To continue earning U.S. $100 per week after the first 30 days, you must qualify as an “Ad Family PLUS” as follows (otherwise you get $50 a week and you are a FAMILY):

5 active clients monthly

2 direct referrals (one on left and one on right); AND 

your 2 direct referrals MUST have 5 clients/customers each

(e). DIRECT BONUS

YOU will receive $100 for each Direct Referral who is QUALIFIED as a FAMILY, i.e. for every person (partner) that sells 10 products.

Important: If you referred 2 in the 1st 30 days (each with 10 products sold – FAMILY), you will receive an additional bonus of $100 QUICK START BONUS. That means you will receive $300 (100 + 100 + 100).

(f). ACTIVATION LEVELS – VOIP product sales Residual earnings

direct sales: 10%

level 1: 1%

level 2: 1%

level 3: 1%

level 4: 1%

level 5: 1.5%

Referring third and fourth promoter within the first 30 days will activate the 6th and 7th level of residual earnings on VOIP sales.

level 6: 1.5%

level 7: 1.5%

(g). BINARY BONUS

$80 per cycle (left – right match)

Important: Again…You MUST have 5 Clients/Customers and 2 direct referrals (left and right). The maximum Binary Bonus is $15,800.00 per day.

(h). RESIDUAL EARNINGS FOR AD POSTINGS

You will receive 2% of what your network (direct or indirect) were getting for the posting of advertisements, down to the 6th level.

Important: Again…You MUST have 5 Clients/Customers and 2 direct referrals (left and right). The maximum Residual Ad Posting Earnings is $43,680 per month.

(i). TEAM BUILDER

5 QUALIFIED FAMILY PLUS

You will receive 2% of the monthly net revenues of the company, divided equally among all TEAM BUILDERS to a maximum of $39,600 or the end of their annual contract.

This payment is 2% MONTHLY.

(j). 1K CLUB

The Qualified Promoter who has 4 new direct referrals (2 to the right and 2 to the left) will receive a $500 Bonus.

You MUST bring in 4 new direct referrals within the first 30 days.

POSSIBLE PROFIT(S) IN THE FIRST MONTH (30 days)

Direct Ad posting earnings: $400

Direct Bonus: $400 (4 direct referrals)

Fast Start Bonus: $ 200 (twice)

Direct Commission: $ 49.9 (10 sales)

Commission Potential with 4 direct referrals: $ 19.96 (40 sales in the network)

Binary: $80 (for each left right cycle starting with the 2nd cycle)

Indirect Ad posting earnings: $32

1K CLUB: $500 (4 direct referrals)

[B] Second Way of Describing The Compensation Plan
This is another way of describing the same information above, more like looking at the same information from a different angle. It is the same as above but written differently.

Membership: US $149.00 per year
Monthly fee: US $19.90

By paying the above to TelexFREE, you become an ASSOCIATE of the company with the following benefits:

Receive an affiliate website to sell the products and services of the company and get 10% commissions

Build a sales team and receive indirect Commissions from their VOIP product sales.

That’s it!

NOW more details…

When an associate sells 10 plans they will then become a promoter (Family).
So first you need to SELL 10 packages at $49.90 each for a total of $499.00

The first 30 days of activating your business, you will receive $100 a week.

You have 30 days to qualify to continue earning after the initial 30 days.

How to qualify:
Within the first 30 days, you need to bring in a promoter (family) on the left side and another on the right side and then you become a FAMILY PLUS. Now you will earn $100 a week from month 2 onwards; AND you will need to have 5 or more active clients/customers also. And of course post 5 ads every day.
To repeat…Qualification: 5 active clients and 2 personally referred promoters (left and right)

If you do NOT bring in 2 personally referred promoters within 30 days, you will remain a Family and earn $50 weekly from posting FIVE ads DAILY. FAMILY HAS NO REQUIREMENT TO BRING IN 5 CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS!

EARNINGS WITHIN the FIRST 30 DAYS:

2 promoters (family or family plus) (left and right)
Direct Bonus: 100 * 2 = 200 + extra bonus of $100
TOTAL BONUS CASH: $300 (NO BINARY on FIRST CYCLE)

4 promoters (family or family plus) (2 left and 2 right)
Direct Bonus 100 * 4 = 400 + extra bonus of $200 per 2 on the left and 2 on the right = $400 + 1K Club $500 + BINARY 80.00
TOTAL BONUS CASH: $1,180.00

NOTE:
For bringing in 4 promoters in your first 30 days, you will become a member of the 1K CLUB. And you will receive a $500 compensation bonus.

NETWORK EARNINGS
Activation of levels:

Network earnings
binary left right match = 80.00 usd

VOIP product sales Residual earnings

direct sales: 10%

level 1: 1%

level 2: 1%

level 3: 1%

level 4: 1%

level 5: 1.5%

TEAM BUILDER
2% of the NET INCOME of the company split with the team builder, with a maximum of $39,600 per month paid to each team builder.

NOTE: The promoters MUST be QUALIFIED TOO! They MUST BE FAMILY PLUS!

RESIDUAL EARNINGS FROM YOUR NETWORK
$2 a week for each family.

PLEASE NOTE:
Under the new compensation plan:

BOTH THE FAMILY and FAMILY PLUS contracts ARE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN 5 CUSTOMERS EVERY MONTH!! Thus, to earn $50 a week OR $100 a week, you MUST maintain 5 customers.

EVERY TelexFREE affiliate needs 5 customers!
