March's Piscean new Moon is a total solar eclipse. Occurring on March 9, it promises to be a powerful one as it is conjunct Chiron and exactly opposite Jupiter. As always in an eclipse, the Moons nodes are involved and this is a south node eclipse, meaning, this is one of letting go of things; beliefs, mindsets, releasing old outworn conditions, releasing people, places or possessions. This is a time for a healing, not only because this is a total solar eclipse in Pisces, but because it so closely involves Chiron. Chiron is known as the Wounded Healer and The Stories We Tell Ourselves. In order to truly grow, we do well to listen to those stories - to hear ourselves not only speaking, but to listen to the thoughts we are thinking. With Jupiter opposite Chiron, we may find ourselves vacillating between reality and fiction - between what we want to do and what we have to do - between what is the desired result and what is expected of us in society.

With Jupiter conjuncting the Moon's north node in Virgo, we may feel a need to get going, to get in the race, to travel, to grab life by the horns, to take a risk, to step out of our usual comfort zone, etc.

This is quite the Piscean eclipse with Mercury, Neptune, Ceres, Sun, Moon, Chiron and the Moon's south node all in Pisces. This eclipse is likely to involve a bit of head shaking, intrigue, forgetfulness, muddle-headedness, etc. Of course, there can be a lot of creativity, dreaming, spiritual awakenings, synchronicities, and all manner of lovely, emotive, soft and gentle happenings. Mercury is conjunct Neptune, and, the Symbol for Mercury can have people wondering where their faith has gone; what does the future hold? how can we prevail with such things unfolding on the world stage? what is really happening around the issue of climate change - the pollution going on on our planet, etc. etc.

I think that many reading this newsletter will see Symbols that reflect the goings on in the US presidential race. I know that many other things are happening around the world, but, there is a lot of energy being directed towards the spectacle that this race has become - especially this year.

A bit about new Moons - The new Moon each month marks a time of new beginnings and realisations. It's like a birth after a time of gestation or being 'in the womb'. Here, the light begins to return and we can see new beginnings and possibilities. A new Moon means that the Sun and the Moon are both together - bringing a synergy of their energies together. The new Moon is a perfect time to set your intentions for the future. This period is wonderful for planting seeds of whatever kind. What do you want to manifest in your future? Whether you write it down, sing about it or just hold the thought forms in your mind, doing this at the new Moon can realise some fabulous results around the things that you want to draw into your life.

A total solar eclipse, though, is even more powerful than a new Moon. It is a powerhouse of energies that can bring about change, disruption, the birth of the new and the death of the old, etc, etc. Sometimes events can be upsetting, other times liberating and wonderful. It all depends on what is unfolding for you on an individual level. Many people say that the effects of an eclipse will last for about 9 months. While I can see why they might say that, I think that, again, it all depends on what is happening (or, happens) for you. Events that happen in the next month or so can have effects lasting long into the future. Suffice to say that a total solar eclipse is a powerful event, especially one that has the signatures that this one has. For more on this solar eclipse - click here.

The Solar Eclipse is on Pisces 19: A MASTER INSTRUCTING THEIR DISCIPLE

The total solar eclipse on this degree seems to be saying to pick and choose who we might be 'learning from', listening to, paying attention to, etc, and to be mindful of those things that we allow into our consciousness. We can, after all, be our own best 'Master', our own best 'Disciple' - we don't have to put anyone else on a pedestal. Having said that, this might be a period of intense and amazing 'learning' - a time of leaping forward in our understanding of life, the universe, everything. Of course, it can speak of who and how we 'teach' others and how we give out our 'instructions'.

It may be a time, with the eclipse on this degree, of discerning who is fit to lead and who is not. Who is worthy and who is not. This eclipse can be very much about that. As always, we have to remember to trust and respect our own sense of authority, our own guidance system. The following are my shortened interpretations from my book The Sabian Oracle: 360 Degrees Of Wisdom -

Pisces 19: A MASTER INSTRUCTING THEIR DISCIPLE

This shows the ability, or the need, to be a student, a “Disciple”, or a teacher, a “Master”. At times you’ll find yourself being either one or the other. You may be the teacher or the pupil, but remember that it is often the teacher that learns and the pupil that teaches. This shows taking time for the transfer of higher knowledge and wisdom. It’s also a sign to listen to your own higher wisdom. Someone with something worthwhile to say will usually find someone eager to listen. When you have a need to learn something, it seems that the “Master” will always appear.

Keywords: To give and to receive. Lessons that need to be well learnt. The transfer of knowledge. Taking time to instruct others. Being willing to both teach and learn. Step-by-step lessons. Passing on information. Instructions and directions. Laying down the law with someone. Manuscripts and lessons. Masters. Gurus. Guiding lights. Reinforcement of knowledge, wisdom and spirituality. Listening and learning. Knowing what questions to ask. Doing homework. Being or setting a good example.

The Caution: Dogmatic instruction by rote. Talking down to others. Having a "know-it-all" attitude. Manipulating for a personal agenda. One-eyed attitudes. Unbending intellect. Using knowledge as power over people. Feeling above everyone else. Codependent behaviour. One-eyed attitudes. Losing one's self in another.

The Karmic Degree for the solar eclipse is Pisces 18: IN A HUGE TENT A FAMOUS REVIVALIST CONDUCTS HIS MEETING WITH A SPECTACULAR PERFORMANCE - Haven't we been seeing this lately? Everywhere, lately, it seems, we've been watching performances of one kind or another. The trick is to be able to see through the words, the slick (or otherwise) choreography, the impressions that others may try to give in order to manipulate or control us.

This shows hearing or delivering important messages, decrees or rules for living, making sense of spiritual instruction, seeing who’s an authority worth listening to and who’s not. Seeing through false intentions or messages could be one of your objectives now. You may need to organize and stage a display to promote, teach or disseminate, bringing a feeling of community in a common goal. With the power to influence or sway groups of people, there needs to be a feeling of moderation and the ability to listen as well as speak. This can, however, picture situations of hysteria or overstating one's case. Is the audience listening? Is the cause just?

Keywords: Energy and inspiration. Evangelism. Whipped up emotions. Having a lot to say. Being instructional and dogmatic about how things should be. Being in charge. Ecstasy. Loud voices. Conversations that are said out loud. Acoustics affecting sounds. Preaching. Mind control. Performing. Political, religious and spiritual activism. Showmanship. Transformative experiences. Captivated audiences. The media circus.

The Caution: Spiritualism for greedy financial gain. Big egos. Overblown feelings of abilities. Manipulation or exploitation. Controlling others. Bigotry. Getting worked up.

The Quest Degree for the solar eclipse is Pisces 20: A TABLE SET FOR AN EVENING MEAL - this Symbol can often bring up issues around whether one can sustain themselves - if they have enough money to be able to eat, to pay the bills, to be solvent.

This shows providing sustenance for yourself and others; to “Set” the “Table” and have nourishment available for those who need it. It can show knowledge of nutrition, cooking, catering all the way to knowing how to make money – how to ‘bring home the bacon’. There’s a need to prepare things, to appreciate, assimilate, be nourished by and enjoy. When everything is in place, you’ll want to have people around you to appreciate it. Patience is sometimes needed; having worked hard and long, you need to realize that your needs will be met. Returning home you can find comfort and sustenance. Attend to everyday tasks with reverence. Try to remember to say grace in thanks.

Keywords: Provision of life's necessities. Being well nourished. Having to prepare for others. Issues of "who will serve and who will eat". Dinner and dinner parties. Issues of nourishment and having a roof over one's head. Food allergies. Food technology. Breaking bread with others. People bringing a plate to share. Cutlery, plates, glasses. Wine and water. Diets. Groceries. Doing the dishes. Making a meal of something. Obesity. Attention to detail. Hired hands. Catering. Candles. Sharing life's bounty.

The Caution: Making preparations with no ability to complete or satisfy. Devouring things or people. Fast food. Eating standing up or on the run. Always having to do.

Mercury is on Pisces 7: ILLUMINATED BY A SHAFT OF LIGHT, A LARGE CROSS LIES ON ROCKS SURROUNDED BY SEA AND MIST

This Symbol can have us questioning many things in our lives. In Australia, for instance, we are having a Royal Commission into institutional responses to child sexual abuse. It has been gruelling, really upsetting and unhinging what has been coming to light, particularly with regard to the Catholic Church, although the Anglican church and government agencies have also had many things to answer for.

Some may see this as worry about what is going to happen with the American presidential elections - the dominance of organized religion and stories of faith around the election can be alienating (or, it can, on the other hand, be somewhat amusing).

This shows being able to stay firm in one’s faith and belief in life even when one’s hopes and dreams take a battering. There may be feelings of chaos and misplaced loyalties in your life, like something has been sacrificed for no real cause and some things have come to nothing. You may need to see if perhaps your aim was too high and things came crashing down as a result of a lack of care, by yourself or others, or through people opposing your objectives or success. Having faith and a positive end in sight, you can experience a wonderful spiritual awakening - reconnecting with your spiritual ideals. Concentrate on the "Shaft of Light" as this can show you that white light is all around you.

Keywords: Renewed dedication after loss. Looking for signs of hope and recovery. Coming to terms with loss or failure. Rocks, mist, howling winds on coasts. Crosses of faith. Important and substantial sacrifices. Being devastated by events. Being in the "spotlight" in difficult times. Finding the way through the dark. The need for sacrifice. Alternative religions. Stepping outside religious boundaries.

The Caution: Losing faith. Hopes completely dashed. Unable to see through the fog. Scorn, persecution or attack through religious or social reasons. Sacrifices, sometimes for nothing.

Mercury symbolizes: Mind, thought, communication, memory, expression, intelligence. News, exchanges, chatting, conversations, short journeys, connections with others, telephones, emails, siblings, neighbors, the reasoning mind. Day-to-day activities. Cars, keys, small animals.

Venus is on Aquarius 26: A GARAGE MAN TESTING A CAR'S BATTERY WITH A HYDROMETER

This Symbol shows the need to pick up problems and diagnose what might be wrong whether it’s mechanically, physically, spiritually or emotionally. The “Car” can be a car, or it can be your body; your earthly vehicle, and it may need some “Testing” to see how it’s coping with life’s pressures. Perhaps you need to use some type of gauge on your emotional reactions. There is often a need to take a more intuitive or psychic approach to problems, although an objective or inventive view will also bring results. Figure out any malfunctions so your life can proceed in a smoother, more efficient manner. Performing necessary checks and balances to ensure your life is working properly are part of the everyday maintenance of society.

Keywords: Testing the earthly vehicle for its roadworthiness. Situations that have "boiled - over", bringing all to a stop. Breakdowns and the need for repair. Checking water levels. Anticipating future problems. The need for good batteries. Cars being serviced. Oil, petrol and grease. Check ups and tune-ups. Bringing forward movement to a halt.

The Caution: Causing distress by constantly analyzing things. Bad health. Lack of water or not looking after one's self. Breakdowns from lack of care. Missing vital signals.

Venus symbolizes: Relatedness, cooperation, what attracts you. The experience of sweetness, beauty or delight. Social interactions, love, friends, how you reach out to people. Feminine persona, relationship with mother and females. Money, possessions, sense of values.

Mars is on Sagittarius 2: THE OCEAN COVERED WITH WHITECAPS

Mars is slowing down somewhat as it is getting ready to go retrograde in mid-April. It's been a rather hectic trip through Scorpio recently, and, it is set to go retrograde and traverse through to Scorpio 24, covering old ground. Scorpio 24 is an interesting degree and one I often associate with the president of the United States - Crowds Coming Down The Mountain To Listen To An Inspired Individual. Whether they are 'inspired' or not, the presidential candidates are certainly going to have a voice. This Mars retrograde period is going to be very interesting.... however, we are not there yet. We are in the shadow period of the retrograde: Mars is traversing degrees that it will be transiting over again in coming months.

This Symbol implies getting whipped up about things, often out of proportion to what’s really going on OR staying calm and centered when events or people are getting out of control and making a big deal out of situations. You may find that surface emotions get whipped up and this can led to concerns that are disproportionate to the depth of the situation. Emotions, intelligence and situations probably have a far deeper sense of strength and permanence than it may seem. Get below the surface where things are calmer and more stable. However, don’t withdraw completely as you could find it hard to surface and show your true feelings.

Keywords: Mobilization of energy and emotions. Safety in more secure emotions. Blustery days. Churning thoughts. Being flighty and changeable. Overblown reactions. Energy that needs an outlet for expression. The need for stillness and meditation.

The Caution: Getting fussed and irritable over nothing or at least very little. Nervousness. Overblown reactions. Responding too readily. Gathering gloom. Fussed and irritable.

The Quest Degree (the degree following) of Mars is interesting. It's Sagittarius 3: TWO MEN PLAYING CHESS - the idea of 'chess' is, of course, to take out (or annihilate) one's opponent. This can imply games, of course, but it can also show people pulling out the big guns when it comes to strategies, manipulation, etc. With Mars here, there might not be a lot of 'polite gamesmanship' going on.

This Symbol shows the ability, or the necessity, to indulge in strategic games, arguments or competitions. There can be a strong sense of knowing how to maneuver situations in order to come out on top, with an eye to possible outcomes. There's a need to be thoughtful and cautious, taking into account the wider picture. Impulsive acts with no forward planning can be risky. It probably pays to not show your weak side, but do everything with the possible objective of winning. It can be difficult to relax in competitive environments; one often feels that they can't let their guard down because they might be taken advantage of. Take one step at a time and move with purpose and forethought.

Keywords: Strategic competition. Seeing the picture several moves ahead. Arguments that can go on and on. Finding justification for being combative. Throwing down the gauntlet to the other. Taking lives. The need for peacekeeping. War strategies. Matching wits. Facing each other head on. Being royalty or being a mere pawn. Tactical maneuvers. Lawsuits. Custody. Having the bigger stick. Divorce. Disputes. Wit against wit.

The Caution: Depending on pure luck. Underestimating the opponent’s skill or strategy. Arguments and arguing for the sake of it. Bickering and trying to get the better of the other. Always taking an opposing side, no matter what is really happening.

Mars symbolizes: Drive, determination or agenda, how you get to your goals. How you express and handle anger, ambition, assertion of self and ability to step forward. The male principle, sexuality, the ability to step up to the plate when one needs to. Fight or flight.

Jupiter is retrograde on Virgo 19: A SWIMMING RACE - this degree seems to be speaking about, amongst other things, the US presidential race. It certainly seems like a circus with all kinds of antics on the 'starting blocks'. However, of course, this can speak about far more than that - this can speak about the issue of having to do so many things, to compete, to win, to get on with life. To drive faster, live harder, be more successful.

This Symbol implies the nature of competition, wanting to win and doing one’s best. Whether it’s working hard to achieve the win for rewards in the larger picture - your school, club, country, etc, or winning the race for your own personal ends, this Symbol shows that if you put your head down and go for the objective, you have a good chance of winning, or, at least, of being in the race. You may find yourself in competition over emotional issues or working through things to do with relationships and hoping to win, or come out on top. It is through training, practice and the controlled use of your physical energy and emotions that success can be achieved.

Keywords: Looking sideways to see how others are coping with the strain of competition. Competing with one's emotions. Capitalism. The striving for first place or greatness. Swimming, sports, competition. Wanting to be first at everything. Learning how fit one is. Concentrating on the goal. Medals and awards. Training and practice. Showing your abilities in front of others.

The Caution: Allowing the competitive spirit to dominate emotional sensitivity. Always going for "the win". Trying to outdo each other. Being on the go all the time. Bad sportsmanship. Not knowing how to lose. Wanting always to conquer others. Always seeing others as competitors.

The Karmic Degree for Jupiter is Virgo 18: TWO GIRLS PLAYING WITH A OUIJA BOARD - this can show the need, or the possibility, of reading between the lines, of picking up on what's going on, to make predictions about what is and what isn't happening. This Symbol can bring up synchronicities and weird psychic events that can really amaze, or, perhaps we're getting so used to magical happenings that we half expect them :)

This Symbol can show a desire to contact deeper wisdom, within your self or from outside forces. It often shows up in situations where intuition or clairvoyant energies abound, but it can also show immature, inquisitive energies that want to delve in deeply or to know about everything. The “Ouija Board” is a tool that gives assistance to focus on messages coming through. Of course, many different tools are available in the form of tarot cards, I Ching coins, etc. Youthful attempts at using these energies to discover the deeper meanings of life can bring surprising results. However, sometimes there can be little control over what is coming through from "the other side".

Keywords: Immature curiosity leading to messages and inner guidance. Listening devices. Tuning into possible meanings. Ouija boards. Séances. Clairvoyant abilities. Spirits of the departed. Contact with the "other side". Messages coming through from unknown sources. Spiritualism. Ectoplasms. Concentrated attention. Poltergeists. Haunted houses. Cold energies. Bringing spirit through. Moving furniture. Phenomena. Weird and spooky. Seeing ghosts. Being a channel.

The Caution: Dealing with situations beyond your maturity. Continually looking for information. Looking for information instead of getting on with life. Naive playing with potentially dangerous elements. Seeking easy answers to avoid responsibility. Fooling around. Superstitious responses to natural phenomena.

The Quest Degree for Jupiter is Virgo 20: A CARAVAN OF CARS HEADED FOR PROMISED LANDS - Jupiter just spent several days on this degree, and, as I write this, I can hear work being done on a caravan directly outside my window that is owned by my landlady. I love how the Symbols can come so to life in a literal way.

This Symbol shows the desire of moving on to new thoughts, new lands, new ways of doing things, possibly even on to a new way of life. Setting out on a venture can lead you to “Promised Lands”, even if it’s sometimes somewhat risky to leave the safety and stability of home to strike out for unfamiliar destinations. Whether you are with someone or going alone, you are probably not really alone as there are likely to be others who share the same impulses. Having a map of where you're going helps, as will a willingness to meet new people. The trick is often in deciding where the “Promised Lands” are and what you’ll do when you find them.

Keywords: Venturing into life with like-minded companions. The support of others in a quest for the future. Seeking new territory. Rallies and caravans of cars. Exchanging money. Commerce. Buses, caravans, trucks, etc. Leaving behind the known for the unknown. Gypsies. Hollywood. California. "Boom" towns. The "magic bus". Conferences.

The Caution: Forsaking the individual path in favor of the less satisfying, but more secure, common path. Ever perpetuating restlessness. Crazy goose-chases.

Jupiter symbolizes: The big picture, expansion, exploration, aspirations, religious and philosophical ideals, issues to do with traveling, foreign lands, people and traditions, culture, education, generosity, luck, abundance, support, optimism. Insight through knowledge and wisdom.

Saturn is on Sagittarius 17: AN EASTER SUNRISE SERVICE DRAWS A LARGE CROWD

Saturn goes retrograde on this degree on March 25, so, it hangs on this degree for quite some time. With Saturn on this degree, there can be a need to gather together with people who share the same values, beliefs, ideals, ideas, etc, as a type of 'resurrection' may be needed in order to feel good about the direction of things at the moment.

This degree shows the ability, and the necessity, of being able to rise up after difficulties in one’s life, somewhat like the Phoenix rising from the ashes. One needs to maintain hope and draw together with others who share a sense of faith in the future and in community and the goodness of life. There will be times of spiritual rebirth where you can rise above the failings of the past into new beginnings. Coming out of doubt and despair can lead to a new sense of love, faith and compassion. Join with others in a spirit of joy. There's a need for unwavering faith in communal spiritual values.

Keywords: Performing deeds with reverence, respect and a sense of celebration. Cohesive communal expressions of faith. The dawning of a new era. Church services. Dawn services. The community gathering for a common purpose. Resurrections and rebirths. Revivals. The need for faith in a bright future. Devotion. Worship.

The Caution: Obsession with the ceremony rather than the purpose or ideal. Feeling unable to lift one's spirits. Disillusionment and loss of vision. Holidays with no meaning.

Saturn symbolizes: Authority, rules, discipline and obligation The heavy stuff. What we fear, loss, karma, aging, the establishment, orthodoxy, tradition, status, the concept of time, walls, boundaries, limits, older people, restrictions, patience, conquering difficulties.

Uranus is on Aries 19: A MAGIC CARPET HOVERS OVER THE DEPRESSING REALITY OF EVERYDAY LIFE IN AN INDUSTRIAL AREA - we can use our imagination and escape mechanisms to rise above the difficulties, the ugliness, the depressing things we may see in the world around us. Escaping in our imaginations can bring about a sense of magic and relief.

This Symbol shows that you can use your imagination to lift your level of understanding into other, perhaps higher, realms. By elevating ourselves above the everyday world we can transcend worry and strife. There is a clear message here that you can lift yourself above negative situations and by doing so, you can attain a calmer, more creative and spiritual life. With expanded awareness you can have an elevated perspective that reveals greater truths. However, be a little careful not to lose your self in the longing for escape or the exotic. You probably have to come back down to the earthly plane every now and then.

Keywords: Practicing meditation. Finding a vehicle for transcendence. Elevated views and perspectives. Rising above problems. Astral travel. Meditation or levitation. Lateral thinking —'Magic Carpets' travel sideways. Rugs, carpets, the Middle East. Fantasy and fiction. Transcending worries. Escaping the depressing realities of the everyday world.

The Caution: Self defeating detachment from the every day world. Losing your self in flights of fancy. Extreme longing for escape. Using drugs or alcohol to avoid life.

Uranus symbolizes: The unexpected, things that are individual or 'different'. Charged, energetic dynamics, electricity, light, lightning bolts, sudden changes, those who live on the fringe of society. Sudden turns and twists of fate. Rebellion, surprises, liberation, freedom.

Neptune is on Pisces 10: AN AVIATOR IN THE CLOUDS

This shows being able to stay on course, not allowing distractions or difficult or confusing issues to deter you from your destination. Perhaps you need to rise above and transcend the more nitty-gritty realities of earthly existence and its difficulties, just be aware that you may not be seeing the complete picture very clearly sometimes. If you take special notice, you may be able to see through illusions, seeing past the surface appearances to things that others miss. You may be able to rely on your spiritual, creative or intellectual skills to take you above and beyond those things that others have to deal with. However, you may also be evading the real truth.

Keywords: Elevated views. Always seeing the best in people and things. Peace and tranquility. The longing for transcendence. Not seeing limitations. Being in a refined "head space". Mastery. Flight, planes, pilots. Avoidance of time constraints. Pollyanna attitudes. Free flights of fantasy and escapism. The need for accurate navigation. Being in charge of the controls. Seeking higher truths. Maps. Compasses. Global satellite positioning. Clouds. Mist and fog. Hang-gliding. Don't "over-control" like a novice pilot. Stay loose enough from the flow that you can observe it, modify, and improve it. Donald Rumsfeld

The Caution: Escaping responsibilities. Isolating oneself. Drugs and alcohol abuse. Avoiding reality. Unearthed. Unrealistic expectations. Missing the point. Evasive.

The Karmic Degree for Neptune is Pisces 9: THE RACE BEGINS: INTENT ON OUTDISTANCING HIS RIVALS, A JOCKEY SPURS HIS HORSE TO GREAT SPEED

This is interesting in the light of the US presidential election race. Of course, it has been showing up on many areas or levels of our lives. Issues to do with weight and weight loss can come up with this degree, as can the concern over whether we are fit for the race in whatever measure.

This shows spurring to action when you need to, to rise to occasions that call for a sense of urgency or speed. Perhaps it's time to extract all the energy possible into situations. The “Race” is on, and you may feel that you can make it to the finish, but still are not guaranteed of victory. What efforts do you expend to push you faster and further than the rest of the field? Ensure that you're not expending all your energy too quickly and not really achieving anything of lasting value. Be wary of bolting out of the gate without knowing what your objective is. Needing to win at all costs can have others feeling like you’re not really ‘in the race’ – just wanting to win.

Keywords: Competitiveness and high ambitions. Wanting to win, sometimes against the odds. Losing and gaining weight. Weightlessness. Racing to be first at things. Demanding quick flight. Bolting out of the gate. Aggressive desires. Exhilaration. Wanting to better oneself. Being on the home run. Speed and the need for it. Facing forward with great intensity. Rivals and competitors. The value of training. Horsemanship. Discipline. Energy poured into the drive to succeed. Starting whistles, pistols or lights.

The Caution: Galloping at full speed, prematurely. Far too ambitious. Jumping the gun. Running out of steam. Ruthless measures. Sabotaging other’s efforts. Addiction to speed.

The Quest Degree for Neptune is Pisces 11: PEOPLE TRAVELING A NARROW PATH, SEEKING ILLUMINATION

Soon, Neptune will be on this degree. It can speak of the difficulty of 'staying on the path', or knowing 'where the path is', or I can show a time where we might need to spend time alone, or, with like-minded people who share our quest.

This shows having a quest, “Seeking Illumination”, having a “Path” and staying on it regardless of what life throws at you. Sometimes the search for high ideals and understanding places us at odds with the more conservative social expectations of others. It is the ability to persevere with the search, regardless of the cost, that marks the sincerity of any path or journey. You may, at times, have to go without some comforts or stick to a rigorous agenda. Most times this quest is very illuminating, sometimes it's confusing. You will need to reject that which is unworthy, while staying true to your objectives in order to stay focused on the goal.

Keywords: People "on the Path". Sticking to one mindset, diet, regimen or habit. Having a cause to follow. Not looking sideways. Awakening one's base senses in order to progress. Physical ecstasy. Being in the now. Going towards the light. Staying true to self. The promise of light at the end of the journey.

The Caution: Being blinded by the light. Not knowing where you're going. Denial of physical pleasure. Puritanical and one-eyed. Distractions. Narrow minded. Disillusionment.

Neptune symbolizes: Mystical, "out there," spirituality and con artists. Dreams, mysteries, mystics and religious issues. Intuition, clairvoyance, seeing into the invisible. Addictive, chaotic, charming, deceptive, illusory, co dependent, sensory awareness.

Pluto is on Capricorn 18: THE UNION JACK FLIES FROM A NEW BRITISH WARSHIP

Pluto on this degree of Capricorn is a real whammy. It is going to be interesting to watch what unfolds with Pluto now transiting this degree.

This Symbol talks about supervision, border protection and control. There can be a feeling of having to oversee a large ‘empire’ where reliability and leadership are vital. This can be a tiring responsibility, but there can be an awareness of the protection of 'all who went before'. However, political and social restraints from the past could be causing you to feel that you’ve somehow got to ‘wage war’. Issues to do with the government can come up, whether you agree with what they do or not. You may be confronted with having to make your presence felt and guard your territory. Effective supervision will help you to relax.

Keywords: Colonialism. Protectionism. The government, big business and the media. Class-consciousness. Power and political displays. Displays of "law and order". Border patrols and protection. Strength and might. Nationalism. Royalty. The ruling elite. Supervision. The armed forces. Patrols. Pitting people against each other. Empires. Victory bringing riches. The mother country. The struggle against decline. Flags. Imperialism. The Commonwealth. The rule of law.

The Caution: Artificial shows of strength. Being armed. Strong-arm tactics. Flags. Republics. Issues of statehood. Getting out the big guns. Rebellion. Social disintegration.

Pluto symbolizes: Unconscious motivations, depth psychology, history. Sex, procreation at a deep level, intensity, profound emotions, taking hold of one's power. Being king or queen of one's underworld. Strength, survival mode instincts. Big money. Big power. The Plutocracy. Power vs power struggles.

Chiron is on Pisces 21: A LITTLE WHITE LAMB, A CHILD AND A CHINESE SERVANT

This shows being able to provide care, safety and comfort to those who need it. The “Child” has a “Servant”; he is well looked after. He also has a “Little White Lamb”, an animal companion, one he can be with, hug and enjoy. In our early years it was the sense of touch that was initially satisfied. If you felt cradled and comfortable, you could grow knowing that all was safe and well. You could find yourself in a place of privilege; cradled from those things that could hurt or challenge you, having someone to look after you. Conversely, you could be the one who’s always there for others, supporting and loving them regardless of who they are or where they’re from.

Keywords: Being protected by higher, more aware, energies. The privileges money and social status bring. Awareness of the different levels of situations. Differing perspectives. Helpers, servants. Care. Being watched over. Watchfulness. Pets and animals. The supervision of youngsters. Purity of vision. Caring for the child within.

The Caution: Social incompatibility. Snobbery. Not having to grow up. Not taking responsibility. Acting the brat. Racial prejudice. The school of ‘hard knocks’.

Chiron symbolizes: Our wounds, Chiron is known as The Wounded Healer. The wounds are The Stories That We Tell Ourselves, it is where we have to focus on healing, it can show things that are out of shape or misplaced or in need of repair.

The Moon's North Node is on Virgo 22: A ROYAL COAT OF ARMS ENRICHED WITH PRECIOUS STONES
