Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Assist in the development of customer service policies for our Dominican I Love Travel office
Accomplish customer service objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and mentoring employees
Achieve objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems and completing audits
Keep track of payments deadlines and outstanding inquiries in the in-house Sugar CRM system
Maximize customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice
Resolving problems; disseminating advisories, warnings, and new techniques; detecting and diagnosing network problems
Requirements:
Dynamic verbal and written communication skills
Superior telephone and email communication
Attention to detail with data entry
Passionate about providing excellent customer service
Previous international experience or customer service experience
Problem-solving skills and good sense of judgment
Dependable, responsible and personable
Knowledge of software programs such as: Word and Excel
Fluency in French and/or Spanish is an asset
Knowledge of the travel industry is an asset
