$36 per night (was the monthly rate, we stayed from mid-November until the beginning of April, usual nightly rate was $50-$65 depending on the site, they do have weekly and monthly rates and they do offer Good Sam and FMCA discounts on nightly rates) was for a level grass back-in site with full hookups. The site also had an asphalt/gravel parking area for our tow car and a concrete pad with a wooden picnic table. Our site, #28, was completely in the open, which was fine during our overwinter stay. The pull-through and some back-in sites were all concrete pads with a grassy strip between the sites. The facility is well maintained and very attractive. It's a 400-acre horse farm that had decided to add RV sites to encourage visitation. All employees we encountered were wonderful!. It was usually a very quiet campground during our stay. They do have equestrian events (free to attend) on many weekends where the campground fills up but it was never overly noisy. There are many amenities available, which you can find listed on their website. There is a carriage museum on site, which has many carriages from many different periods. The park is located near The Villages, which has every imaginable convenience or activity available within a short driving distance. The included Wi-Fi worked well. AT&T and Verizon service was great. We received 34 digital over-the-air TV stations and many radio stations.
