We stayed here 6 nights with a rally group, then an additional three nights because our truck broke down and took a week to fix. The park is beautiful and well maintained. We also experienced loud live music at the main pool one evening (we moved to the much smaller 'adult' pool - not big enough to do laps, but enough to get cooled off). The exercise room is very nice with a couple of elliptical machines, some treadmills and weights. The park also has a couple of golf 'holes' that you can use to practice chipping and putting. We found the wifi to be very fast, however the park was only 20%-50% full, so the results might be different if the park were full. The sites do not include picnic tables.
The only major drawback we found was the train tracks that run next to the park. Trains come by once or twice per hour. This will bother some people and not be an issue for others. We were in site 600 - mid way between the train tracks and Frank Sinatra Blvd. The sites numbered 2xx are closer to the train track and sites 6xx are further from the trains, but closer to the blvd. Sites lower than 200 are in a much denser area and I don't what the noise is like over there.
