Vladimir Putin has signed a decree declaring three days of national mourning beginning on Wednesday for the victims of the Kemerovo fire in shopping mall.
It is with a heavy heart that we will be opening a book of condolences on the terrible Kemerovo tragedy that took many lives on March 25, 2018.
Everyone is welcome to sign it at the Russian Embassy (2650 Wisconsin Avenue, NW) on the following dates:
March 28 10:00 - 12:30 and 2:30 - 5:30
March 29 10:00 - 12:30
