Soldiers of the Four Guardian Deities
Sailor V/ Sailor Venus
A famous pop singer who awakens remembering aspects of her past life and the ability to become Sailor V. After a fateful encounter with the thief Tuxedo Masque she remembers her life as Princess Serenity and seeks the Silver Crystal and the Soldiers of the Four Guardian Deities.
Secret: Her memories are false and were implanted to protect the true Princess Serenity
Development: When she awakens her true memories as Sailor Venus she will suffer from an identity crisis and will have trouble distinguishing her memories from her false ones for a while. (Maybe she'll have conflicted feelings about Tuxedo Masque)
Sailor Petite Moon
Daughter of the future Tuxedo Masque and Sailor Moon. Even though she is a teenager in 30th Century Crystal Paris she is unable to inherit throne to Silver Millennium due to her inability to awaken. It may have something to do with the revival of Death Phantom and the appearance of the Black Moon Clan. The Black Moon Clan and Wiseman targets her for her potential to use the Silver Crystal.
Development: When the time comes for her to escape to the past for help, Wiseman will reduce her to infancy putting her into a child-like state.
Development: When the time comes she will be captured and brainwashed by Wiseman and turned into Black Lady.
Soldiers of the Outer Solar System
Sailor Saturn
A cancer survivor after a miraculous surgery that was provided by Science Division of Infinity Conglomerate she is able to pursue her dream as a famous pianist. But something is wrong, there are times when she blacks out and loses track of time. She doesn't feel like herself as if she is out of control.
Development: Is possessed by Mistress 9 who takes over her body from time to time. Mistress 9 is killing her from the inside out and when she dies she will take over her body.
Development: Unable to awaken as Sailor Saturn due to Mistress 9's presence within her.
Soldiers of the Star Galactica
Sailor Galaxia
Guardian Soldier of the Galaxy has awakened due to the emergence of Chaos. Chaos threatens Star Galactica and the Galaxy as a whole. Emerging from Sagittarius Alpha Star she beseeches the aid of the Star Galactica soldiers, the Sailor Animamates and the Sailor Starlights, to go to war against Chaos and his minions the Erebus.
Development: Will form a strong friendship with Princess Fireball.
Development: During the war, Galaxia will be visited by Wiseman from the future who will tell her the only way to defeat Chaos is to seal him within her body and sacrifice herself.
Development: When the time comes Galaxia will seal Chaos within her but is instead corrupted
Development: After her corruption Galaxia will set out to conquer the Galaxy. She will destroy Star Galactica and create Shadow Galactica. The Sailor Animamates will be forced to serve her while the Starlights escaped.
The Adversary
The Four Heavenly Kings (Zoisite, Neprite, Jadeite, Kunzite) had been reborn after the tragedy in this past. Before they could properly awaken and serve their Princess they were corrupted by Queen Beryl to serve the Dark Kingdom.
Development: Will break free of Beryl's spell and become Guardians to Endymion.
Wiseman
Wiseman is a form taken on by Death Phantom to coerce the Black Moon Clan to do his bidding. As an aspect of Chaos he uses Nemesis and the Malefic Black Crystal to bend space allowing his Clan to attack Crystal Paris and go to war against Neo Queen Serenity in the 30th Century.
Development: Learns to use the Malefic Black Crystal to bend time allowing him to travel to the past and advise Galaxia on how to seal Chaos.
Development: Will teach the Black Moon Clan to bend time allowing them to travel to the past to find the recently escaped heir of Neo Queen Serenity.
Development: Will brainwash and turn the heir of Neo Queen Serenity into his Queen, Black Lady.
I may have a development for the Four Spectre Sisters, I'm still toying with the idea.
