Character Name: Tristan Alabaster
Basics:

Tristan is an Assassin of Sorts, he is not as stealthy like one from Assassins Creed would be but he can get the job done. He is human, there is no changing that so that is set in stone. If there is a site that allows abilities that do not worry, I don't not believe in using power house type moves or anything like that. He is a pretty normal looking fellow that uses Noctis from Final Fantasy as a Face Claim, but I can change it to a RL type if I can get some help with finding someone that looks enough like Noctis at all.

He is a swift fellow in public places, capable of using his sticky fingers to swipe coin and needed goods from people if he must. Simple and easy going, Tristan doesn't really care much for the serious situations so others are left to deal with them, but when he has a job to do, he will fulfill it with out looking back. He also has a competitive nature when his objective is shared by another and Tristan will pretty much do anything he can to get his goal even if it means using under minded methods against friend or foe alike.

NOTE: This is not going to be his bio for every place I take him, I can easily make new ones for any setting or timeline.

Quote:The tales a child is told about those who work in the shadows to defeat the corruptions of our world were considered as nothing more than folklore, something to keep up the hope that a brighter tomorrow was just around the corner. The first thing that Tristan could ever remember was the life he had within the Low Caste of Elysium as it was a place of both challenge and intrigue. There were many different kinds of people in Tristan’s’ neighborhood from the generous old guy on the corner to the mean thugs who would shake down any unsuspecting people when the authorities weren’t looking, heck, even some of the authorities turned a blind eye when noticed. In his neighborhood, the kids were far and in between, they went to school as the law demanded but after, it was all play and no work. For Tristan, there was only one way he liked to get around the streets and that was on top of the world, skimming the lowest of the roof tops to avoid being seen by patrols and keeping to the floor if the Solar Eye in the area was doing a routine scan of the area. He learned from his father, Ruben Alabaster, someone who was known for practicing parkour in his spare time and teaching it to Tristan when he could spare some. There was a secret though, Ruben had a secret life and a job that prevented him from being to open with his hobbies, but Tristan soon found out about it. As a child, there was little Tristan understood aside from why such people existed and what it meant to take on some very important responsibilities. Between school, playing on the streets and just basically surviving, this was probably the most Tristan could make out of his life.

In school, he played the part of a very good kid, getting grades on his work that would avoid the weird testing he knew was probably inevitable and pretty much keeping a straight face. However, he was sometimes a thief, wandering the streets and looking for places with poor security to get into and swipe whatever goods he could muster up from the chosen location. At times, it was a good swipe and others, well, let’s just say he made out in one peace. Turning 14, Tristan was lead into a bad situation involving a local gang and accidently running to one of their people. The encounter went from him apologizing to running for his life, but with Tristan’s parkour abilities, he ran circles but only until he was caught and nearly beaten to the brink of unconsciousness. Having the skills to move were not enough to make up for his inability to fight, but Ruben would take Tristan under his wing as a trainee for what would be a life changing experience. For nearly six years, he trained under his father’s watchful eye to both sharpen his current abilities and create a new set in which to fight with. Tristan learned to fight with knives and even short bladed swords which came in handy when facing aggressive gangs and their unpredictable members.

At 18, Tristan was prompted to join the Creed, the Brotherhood in which they fought for the people and to bring down big time tyrants. It was his induction into the Brotherhood as an Acolyte at the time that Tristan learned about the Templar and their agenda for the rest of the world. This was startling news but to much of his own surprise, Tristan had been on the Brotherhoods watch for sometimes and they were hopeful of him, at least some were at least. Scattered and limited in their numbers, it was later learned that it is important to work together but learning to fight when alone will become a great skill set for facing singular tasks. He was tested for a good part of two years trying to perfect the art of climbing obstacles, free running with swift movements on high vantage points and learning when to strike when the time was right. Tristan passed his trials with just slightly above average scores during his time in training but following his regression into needless violence, the Brotherhood has placed him back as an Acolyte in order to pursue more training and to acquire more discipline for his actions. At 20 years old, there is but one thing Tristan wants and that is to eradicate the Templars even if it means taking on unnecessary roles.

Preferred Genre(s): Any form of Medieval and/or Fantasy, it can be an AU of our world or whatever as well.
Preferred Word Count: For any character I can write 250-300 minimum, but if I'm really in a good mood it usually extends to 400-550 easily. Just give me time to think and get my thoughts, that's all I ask. My grammar might be a bit spotty too but I do try.
Preferred Violence Content: I'm up for most, if its so bloody and descriptive that even text churns my stomach, please do not advertise to me.
Preferred Sexual Content: Again I am up for most, but I have never Role-played this type of situation so please do not be thrown off if I sudden do a fade to black or back of from such things in general.
Preferred Level: I'm open to all, I would like there to be people who know what they are typing though even if their posts get repetitive some times.

Looking for:

A fairly nice community, it doesn't have to be an award winning board or setting;

A place where I can freely develop my characters equipment even on the fly;

I like quality over quantity in lore and documentation. I'll look at sites that have a good chunk of extended lore but I prefer not to get lost you know?

Not Looking for:

Large communities, again, ones that are fairly new but have like 8 to 10 members is fine; so long as I can have fun with people.

Plot Active Communities, I don't want to throw in a plotter post and get ignored half the time by everyone after I've gone and started a thread. I WILL leave if this happens, no exceptions.

Willing to look at other sites not listed?: Yes, so long as they match the same criteria above. I am an Animanga RP type player but switching to RL play-by and Face Claims is not a problem. I like communities that are open minded and have lenient attitudes towards lazy posting at times. In terms of other genre's if you think my character can fit then I will try, but if I have to completely remold him just cause a member does not like my design for a character then please respect that I will not stick around.

IF you advertise a Sci-Fi type RPG to me, I MUST be allowed to create his suit of power armor.

Other notes:

I do take breaks once in a while. I have ADHD and it makes it hard for me to focus sometimes so if I apologize for any inconvenience that might create. If I do randomly disappear, please do understand that I do it to clear my stress levels and to avoid making unnecessary scenes. I don't want fellow members being uncomfortable if I do have an outbreak of a mental snap.
