So Shiny, So Chrome takes place in the Mad Max universe, 10 years after the Oil Wars and the nuclear event known as The Fall. Set in the Wasteland, once the Australian outback, members must battle the elements, scarcity of life-giving resources, wildlife mutated by radiation, and each other.
No knowledge of the Mad Max movies (80s or modern) is needed to be able to play; the 'getting started' and plot threads contain everything players need to know. Players of all writing levels are welcome!

Canis
16,000 years ago, the world was a very different place. Nature was the most dominant force. In the midwest of North America, a valley existed that played home to a plethora of megafauna. Immense mammoths migrated through the valley, while herds of horses and stag-moose took up a more permanent residence. The abundance of prey attracted many predators, from smilodons to shortfaced bears. But one genus rose up above the rest to take control of the valley, existing as the apex predators: Canis. They came in all shapes and sizes, but their motivation was ultimately the same - to survive.
BEYOND REDEMPTION
Mankind has been forced from its seat of power when the bowels of hell opened, and the supernatural creatures of the world came out of hiding.
