Site info: Poison Apples is a very active, very AU Once Upon A Time RPG. We've been running since November 2013 where we started at Season 3 and are still going strong. Our level is a flexible, intermediate board with a liquid timeline and no word count. The goal has always been to have our own universe, so people can pick canons and use what they like best about them and maybe not take everything from canon. Players are limited to two canons and a maximum of eight characters to try and keep everything fair without restricting anyone too much. Friendly staff with an active and loyal member base. A basic site plot that anyone can take part in, but we focus on individual character plots and are quite AU and have switched around a lot of the show to fit our members and we strive to be member driven and are open to anything else our members have to offer! We generally accepts characters from fairy tales, Disney, literature, and classic horror.

Belle French
Emilie de Ravin (Non-Negotiable)
The daughter of a minor lord, Belle sold herself to the Dark One in order to save her people. All she wanted was to be a hero, she didn't think she'd fall in love with the Dark One himself. But he chose magic over her and she was left to her own devices to have many of her own adventures before being captured by the Evil Queen. Eventually she was brought to Storybrooke by the Evil Queen, used as a pawn and thrown around with a hell of an identity crisis even for Storybrooke. Now she splits her time between running the local library and helping Mr. Gold run his shop. She's trying to figure out her relationships, and who she is with and without Mr. Gold. Luckily she has a big support network already.
Henry Mills

Henry Mills was given up for adoption thirteen years ago by Emma Swan. He was raised by Regina Mills, also known as the Evil Queen. Once when his teacher Mary Margaret gave him a storybook with fairytales in it during the original curse he set out to find his real mom, the only one who can break the evil Queen's curse. As Emma came into his life they grew very close and eventually led to the events that broke the curse. Now with magic here in Storybrooke, Henry is reunited with his mother, his grandparents, and even his estranged father. With his family, he is there to give hope and heart and help keep the town together in his own way.
Mulan
Jamie Chung (Non-Negotiable)
A young woman from the realm known as the Empire, Mulan fought against the odds and became a renowned warrior despite the cultural patriarchy. Mulan has many adventures that led to her meeting such other heroes as Belle and Prince Phillip, and rescuing Princess Aurora from a sleeping curse and a wraith. Eventually, she met Emma Swan and Snow White when they fell through a portal, that portal also brought the wrath that killed Prince Phillip. So, even before Emma and Snow. All together they went on a quest to return Emma and Snow to where they belonged and to stop Cora. They accomplished that and together with Aurora they brought Phillip back to life and attempted to return some peace to their lives. Mulan joined the Merry Men out of heartbreak, and with them were brought to Storybrooke.
Apollo

Artemis, the goddess of the hunt is desperately seeking out her twin brother Apollo, also known as God of music, healing and prophecy! Together, they are an unstoppable force and care for each other more than they are willing to admit. His history and personality are very open (as long as it flows with what has been set in place). I see him being fiercely protective of anyone close to him, with a far calmer demeanor than Artemis- as well as a “player” of sorts with many lovers who his sister is jealous of. During his sisters travels and the curse of Storybrooke the two were separated and she can’t wait to reunite with him again!
Hades
Naveen Andrews (Negotiable)
Despite popular opinion, Hades King of the Underworld was actually a pretty decent guy as far as the Greek Gods went. He took his responsibility to the dead very seriously, and as long as no one screwed with him he was content if not occasionally moody. Olympus was too crazy for him and his brother had always been a tool so taking up the throne of the Underworld just made sense. There he ruled alone for a long time until he got lonely and fell in love with the young goddess Persephone, which lead him to 'trick' her into becoming his queen. Though, honestly, she seemed a little too enthused to be the Dread Queen to have been forced into ruling the Underworld with him. They ruled together happily enough, occasional arguments, with Hades visiting the human realms from time to time. The last time, however, he got trapped in a human curse. Something that separated him from his realm and his wife for twenty-eight years. Needless to say now, he's not very happy with that.
Ariel | The Little Mermaid
Joanna Garcia (Non-Negotiable)
The daughter of King Triton and Queen Morveren, Ariel was one of many daughters that lived under the sea in Atlantica. Unlike her siblings, however, she craved the world up above water and wondered about humans and what their lives were like. She collected everything she could find and one day saved Prince Eric from a watery grave, falling in love with him. Leading to many daring adventures in an attempt to be with him. It ended badly for them, until they were both brought to Storybrooke for their second chances at love and being together on land.
Hans
Garrett Hedlund (Negotiable)
Hans here is wanted Elsa, Kristoff, Anna, and Olaf (who are all taken and very active) because every story needs a great villain. If you don’t know Hans well then he’s a power hungry, charming, douche of a prince who once was engaged to Anna to get the throne of Arendelle but his ploy was ruined. Within the world of the site Hans almost drowned on his return home after the events of Frozen, but he was saved and granted immortality by a vengeful sea goddess with a grudge against Elsa, the Queen of Arendelle. With his powerful ally Hans and this goddess attacked and killed Anna and Kristoff as part of their revenge plan against Elsa. 700 years later Hans and the goddess have traveled to Storybrooke to finish what they started. If you want to know why Anna and Kristoff aren’t dead or how Elsa survived without aging for 700 years, then you should consider making Hans.

Before the curse struck, Scar lived in Africa as a wealthy type man with his brother. Though everyone in the kingdom though Mufasa should be king instead and this angered Scar so he tried to do what ever it took to get Mufasa out of power even it meant by killing him, which he ended up doing. Lying to everyone to make sure no one knew it was ever him. Currently in Storyrooke he has a restraining order to not to be anywhere near his nephew, Simba (Andrew Thompson). He has three step children of his own; the three hyenas since he took them in. Now Scar is furious that his plans are not going well and will try other ways to kill his nephew. Scar is a very manipulative being and does not really care about anyone but himself. He is ruthless.
Granny | Widow Lucas

When Widow Lucas was young she watched a werewolf murder her family, and then was marked by the wolf herself. Most of her life she believed as werewolves they should hide from who they were, a sentiment that caused her estrangement with her daughter Anita. Left to raise her granddaughter Roudette alone, she bought a red cloak from a wizard to be sure the girl didn't' change on accident. That ended with a lot of trouble and bloodshed and eventually Granny and her granddaughter joined Snow White's council to fight against the Evil Queen. But Granny was also caught in the curse. In Storybrooke she owns and runs Granny's Diner and Granny's Bed and Breakfast with her daughter Ruby. Probably the toughest woman in Storybrooke, she runs her businesses with a kind but iron hand and keeps everyone there in line.
Sven
Tyler Posey (Negotiable)
Steven or Sven is everyone's favorite reindeer turned human by the curse. Sven has been Kristoff's goofy best friend before during and after the curse. A friend to Kristoff since they were both children, he was side by side centuries ago when the events of Frozen took place in Arendelle. Now he's back in Storybrooke where all the people he loved seems to be as well. Currently Sven has yet to regain his memories. However Kristoff will eventually be getting married and he'd love to have his best man there. Not to mention all the fun Sven could have with Elsa, Anna, Hans, and Olaf. Baba Yaga
Natalya Rudakova (Negotiable)
Baba Yaga was perhaps the most famous sorceress in all of Rus. Living in her hut that stood on chicken legs and preparing stews of human flesh. She had three riders, the Sun, the Day, and the Night, each with their own swords of magnificent magical ability. For many years she used her magic across several worlds, in the realm of Rus (fairytale Russia) and even in the Land Without Magic when it benefited her. Though she spent the majority of her time in the deep winter forests of Rus, she left her hut behind for a short time to travel to Storybrooke in the Land Without Magic. Curious of two lands being brought together, and wondering how much power she can steal from everyone there. (Villain plot wanted)
Rasputin

Long ago in Fairytale Rus, in the capital of Chukotsk, a sorcerer by the name of Rasputin tried to control the royal family and their people. But the Tsar fought back and with the help of old magic sent Rasputin to the Land Without Magic hoping it would remove his powers and free their lands. But Rasputin laid a curse on the royal curse so they would suffer generation after generation. Still, he was banished to the Land Without Magic where he found this land's Russia. Even without the full extent of his sorcery, he attempted to control this Russia's royal family through their son and manipulation. He was eventually in too much hot water and had to fake his own murder, biding his time until he found something more interesting to do. Now in 2015 he's found it in the town of Storybrooke. Not only is there magic, but the descendant of the family who banished him all those years ago is in town and still suffering from the curse he cast on them. Time to play again. (Villain plot wanted)
Felix
Parker Croft (Non-Negotiable)
Felix is Peter Pan’s most loyal Lost Boy. Whenever Peter is travelling a different realm or dealing with something personal on the island, he always leaves Felix in charge of the other boys. Felix is crafty, dark and willing to get his hands dirty if it means pleasing pan. And that's why Pan likes him. Felix is the perfect puppet, but he's not just a minion. He may very well be one of Peter's best friends - or as close to it as Peter Pan can accomplish. So close, in fact, that when Pan went to Storybrooke in search of Wendy Darling and the heart he needs to keep living, Felix offered to tag along.

Here we have King Oberon king of the fae and ruler of the oldest parts of the Enchanted Forest. You might know Oberon from William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Oberon is the older brother to Jareth the Goblin King, Puck’s boss, and a powerful magic user. Oberon was instrumental in plots involving Kristoff, Anna, and Sven. Here we have Queen Titania queen of the fae and ruler of the oldest parts of the Enchanted Forest. You might know Titania from William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Titania is Oberon’s wife and a powerful magic user in her own right. She often fights with Oberon, but they love each other dearly, secretly she is Puck’s mother. In Storybrooke she is the stern but kind Co-Editor and Chief of Storybrooke’s own fashion magazine: Tanya O’Brien. Stop by and check out this queen of the fae.
