Site name and link: Imperion -- http://imperion.kazeshini.net/index.php
Site genre: Pokemon. Very AU.
Opening date: March 8, 2016
Site info:
A spin-off of Conquest, in which another foreign region that has many names showed up one day and conquered half of Ransei. Now Ransei struggles for liberation, and the invaders have fancy technology. Rough undertones of Magic vs Technology. Think Game of Thrones meets Shin Megami Tensei meets The Hunger Games meets some Ancient Rome meets Samurai Warriors + Pokemon. It has recently been overhauled.

Positions hiring for:
Application Mod ( 0/2 )
Battle Mod ( 0/2 )
Feudal Mod ( 1/2 )
Quest Mod ( 1/2 )
Information about positions:
Application Mod
Keeps a look out for completed character applications, reviews them according to our review tenants, and PMs the player a succinct, professional, and friendly-like overview of any changes or tweaks needed. If and when all is well, then sorts the character into their appropriate member group and sorts the OOC account into the OOC group if it has not been already. Regardless, all application reviews should be posted in the staff board, along with all communications with players regarding their applications -- this is so that everyone is on the same page and in agreement with one another, and so other staff members can point out anything the first may have missed.
This moderator may also present award badges, as there are several you are able to get right at the start of the game.
Battle Mod
This moderator watches over VTR, training, and combat threads. Most of the time, you'll just be doing spawning work and watching for foul play. Rather an easy position. May also present characters and players with award badges, as there are a few for hatching eggs and rolling critical successes and failures that could occur during combat threads. May also be called on to do some HoloArena related work, such as controlling opponents and generally giving our gladiators a hard time ( but try not to give them too hard a time ). You'll also likely have some work to do watching over the free-form combat threads, if we ever have any, and awarding skill points, or revoking rights to free-form, as you see fit.
Feudal Mod
This moderator's job is to watch over and moderate the Feudal System ( think of it as massive territory wars -- you can move around on the battlefield during these like on a chessboard, so we use a chessboard as the battlefield visualisation ), which includes controlling NPC attackers and defenders during Territory Battles, awarding participants with various rewards and badges from participating in the Territory Battle, and winning if they do, spawning NPCs that can assist during Territory Battles, as well as keeping track of which NPC Ronin are assigned to which territory, and tracking the Territory upgrades and treasuries. Being decent with maths and menial tasks is probably helpful here. You will be a major player in the site direction.
Quest Mod
Helping write quests, modding quests as needed, and gifting quest rewards at the end when the player requests a sign-off. You'll also be responsible for calling the shots on whether the player earned extra rewards, such as Happiness / Link or bonus skill points, or whether their Happiness / Link rather deserves a dock. May also include presenting award badges for quest participation and various things that occur during said quests. You will be a major player in the site direction.
Other notes:
Everyone should ideally handle some advertising on rotation, so everyone on staff advertises at least once a week. This will be hashed out between us at a later time ( we're not looking to heavy-advertise right now ). We all also handle community moderation, and any disciplinary-type PMs should be posted in staff board, so the rest of the staff are aware of what's going on. We stay very firmly in contact with one another at all times, so if being a part of a team appeals to you, we're definitely the team for you. We also do now have a site wiki, and you're welcome to go through the site documentations and offer suggestions for making the documentations as concise and clear as possible.
Imperion has recently seen a major overhaul, there are new aspects to the site's lore and a new race; we've also removed a few systems that are slated to return at a later time, so there'll be some hashing out of the specifics of that so we can re-release them. We also have handling of official staff-run item shops, if you're interested in doing that, you can manage one of them. You can be as familiar with Pokemon, or as unfamiliar with Pokemon, as you feel comfortable; our setting is so AU it doesn't even really matter. We spin off of a spin off, basically.
We are statty; but this is mostly automated, you don't have to track anything but HP, status effects, and multi-turn skills.
Also, you will be expected to Do Things. If you don't have the time or the true interest in committing, please don't.
