Lake Arrowhead, CA – The biggest Pine Cone Contest, Pine Cone Olympics, pine cone arts and crafts, entertainment, vendors, food, free parking, free shuttle and more will headline the Eighth Annual Arrowhead Pine Cone Festival on Saturday, October 11, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.BUT WAIT…there’s more! The Pine Cone Festival outgrew it’s previous location and will take place this year at The Alpine Camp and Conference Center in Blue Jay.
PINE CONE FESTIVAL
One of the most popular events at the Pine Cone Festival is the Pine Cone Olympics that includes archery, hoop-toss and shot-put events in four age categories for both male and females. The event is sponsored by Snow Valley Mountain Resort.
Entertainment at the Pine Cone Festival includes Mountain Fifes & Drums, Quarter to 3, The Johnson Family, Robert Moss/Martial Arts; Nancy Anderson/Bear Aware; Bruce Rubio/MPH Group, an d the Mountain Strings Ensemble…and more!
There will also be free crafts and games for youngsters, a bounce house, fire trucks and prize drawings.
