“The Blacklist” is changing things up for Season 3. Megan Boone already teased for Zap2it
that her character, Agent Liz Keen, is “no longer working within the
law.” But now NBC Entertainment chairman Robert Greenblatt adds a few
more details about what Liz and Raymond Reddington (James Spader) are up
to when the drama returns.
“The trajectory of the story is great because it’s a switch-up from
what the format has been,” says Greenblatt at NBC’s 2015 TCA summer
press tour. “[Liz and Reddington] are literally on the run together.”
Greenblatt adds that the new format revitalizes the entire show.
“It’s going to energize the whole thing. It’s a different feel this
year,” says Greenblatt. “[Liz and Red] are locked together. We’re only
into the early few episodes, but I think it’s a really fun, new
direction.”
