The literary magazine is carrying an interesting series — Bull City Summer — which follows the 2013 exploits of the Durham Bulls. Not sure, at a cursory glance, which is the chicken and which is the egg, since Bull City Summer is a stand-alone website:

2013 is the 25th anniversary of the hit movie Bull Durham. Bull City Summer will cover all 72 home games at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park during the 2013 season, and the results—in literary writing and art photography—will update the brand created by that movie for this historic minor league baseball franchise.
Another aspect of the celebration: Bull City Summer: A Season at the Ballpark, a limited edition, fine art book documenting the 2013 Durham Bulls Season which will be released next March. Featuring 129 fine art photographic reproductions from nationally acclaimed photographers, the 216-page book will sell for $39.95.
