Qualification:
– 10th Pass
– PUC, Diploma (10 2/ 10 2 3)
– Graduates (BE, B Tech also eligible) can apply
– PG Also Eligible.
Requirements:
Domestic BPO
– Fresher’s with 50% communications skills in English and 100% in any ONE of the following regional language Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam can apply.
International BPO Process
– Excellent Communication skills in english both written and verbal.
Non Voice BPO Process
- Any Technical or Non Technical Graduate.
- Good communication skills in English both written and verbal.
CTC offered:
Domestic Process
– Freshers: 10k to 13K
– Experienced: 13k to 15k
– Domestic Premium Process: 17k to 20k
(For Premium Process: Candidate should have excellent comm skills in English with Hindi + Kannada
OR Excellent comm skills in English with Hindi + Telugu)
International
– Freshers: 13k to 15k
– Experienced: 15k to 30k
Non Voice:
– Freshers/ Experienced: 10k to 15k (Standard salary for both)
