Pitt coaches were in town to check in on Rivals.com’s No. 7-rated player Monday, with St. John’s expected to visit before week’s end. Kentucky is also on Diallo’s final list.
Football - Jayhawks Shine at 2015 KU Pro Day
It was a busy day around Kansas football's Anderson Family Football Complex and the adjacent practice fields as KU held its annual Pro Day Wednesday. In all, 29 of the 32 NFL teams were represented as 15 former Kansas football players ran through the gamut of tests and skill work.

Wednesday’s pro day, which marked the last official KU event for these athletes, began in the weight room at 10:30 a.m. and wrapped on the practice fields just before 2 p.m. In between, the Jayhawks — along with a dozen or so others from schools nearby, including former Jayhawks Keeston Terry and Jake Heaps — ran through combine-style drills that tested everything from speed and strength to intelligence and agility.

A third baseman and pitcher for the Jayhawks from 1978-81, Larson-Bradney was the first softball All-American in school history after being named to the AIAW First Team in 1981. She was a three-time Big Eight Championship All-Tournament Team selection and helped lead the Jayhawks to the 1979 Big Eight Championship and a runner-up finish in 1981.

NFL Owners Vote Down Rule Proposed by Jaguars that Other Teams Stop Beating the Jaguars
NFL owners voted at their annual meeting this week to allow for medical timeouts and end TV blackouts, but several other proposals by teams were not approved. Among them included the Patriots proposal to make all plays reviewable, the Colts wanting to change the scoring system, and the Jaguars requesting that the other teams please stop being so mean to them.
