Questions of the Day: 1) Dr Bell, I am a 58 yr old male who was a commercial truck driver. I can no longer get a medical card to drive. I have been told if I do not have one I will lose my commercial drivers license. There reason is because of high blood pressure. I have tried some medications a few times but when I do, I feel worse then not taking them. I have some symptoms, they seem to be that I get agitated easy, some tightness in the chest area, pressure in sides of neck, nervousness, and of course being worried of the effect and outcome of every day life. First may I ask if you practice medicine to individuals. Second is there medicines, food or vitamins that I can take that will quickly relieve and correct this problem. I do eat pretty 
healthy with balance meals. My weight is 214 to 218 lbs and I am 5′ 9″. I would like to hear from you and trust that you can help me. Thanks. ~ Ed
2) Hi Robert – I’ve had the pleasure of hearing you a couple of times on Jerry Doyle’s show in the evening.
