Stephen King coming to Hartford to benefit The Mark Twain House!

Stephen King, the author of horror books, mystery stories and essays, will engage in a conversation with WNPR radio host a Courant blogger Colin McEnroe, July 18, at The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts. The event is a benefit for the Mark Twain House & Museum.

King’s novels include, “Carrie,” “The Stand” and “Dead Zone.” His short stories include “Rita Hayworth and The Shawshank Redemption.” He wrote a non fiction book about the Boston Red Sox with Stewart O’Nan called “Faithful.”

Books will be on sale at the event. Please note, that Mr. King will not be signing books.
