New Haven Science Fair & Family Science Night – Mentors Needed!
Mentors work with teachers and students to guide them in exploring science questions and designing experiments to test their hypotheses. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with New Haven students interested in science, medicine or engineering. Typically, mentors commit to working with students for about an hour per week for a period of 3-4 months between October and May. However, mentors are also needed for the less time-intensive work of helping classrooms brainstorm ideas and assisting families with experiments at our Family Science Nights. We will work with you to find a good match for your time and expertise!
