Netcare 911 paramedics and other services responded to an accident on Marshall Road in Polokwane this evening.
Upon their arrival on scene they found that a young man was in a critical condition after a motorcycle and motor vehicle collided.
The young man was treated on scene and rushed to hospital for the urgent medical care that he required.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
