The first week of my half marathon training is complete.  The length of the runs was nothing out of the ordinary yet, but the strength training killed me!  I hate it so I never do it and now I’m regretting my laziness.  Anyway, here’s what I did this week:

4.5 miles

2 Nike Training Club strength training workouts

1 cross training (yoga)

I’m looking forward to this week…I think
