The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Rhode Island, part of Massachusetts, and part of Connecticut in advance of a storm that will bring a healthy snowfall to Southern New England Tuesday night. There is also a Blizzard Watch in effect for part of Eastern Massachusetts where blizzard conditions (heavy snow plus 35 mph for three straight hours) are possible late Tuesday night.
