I often hear from readers who are just starting to shift to a healthier diet and lifestyle. They have questions about substituting for healthier ingredients, or how I manage to eat a whole foods diet without spending every second in the kitchen. (Well, I do spend a lot of time there, but mostly playing with recipes for this blog rather than cooking long and involved meals). If you’re interested, you can find some pointers on how to cook whole foods from scratch quickly and easily in this post and this one.

Then there are all the other factors involved in a “healthy lifestyle,” such as the cosmetics you use, how you clean your house, natural remedies, whether you grow your own vegetables, and more. These are areas where I’m still evolving, and am always happy to learn more about.

Well, today I’m happy to share a comprehensive package of ebooks, the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle, which will help you with all of these questions and provide an incredible resource for all aspects of healthy living!

I’ve never shared an ebook bundle on this site before, but when I was asked to take part in this one, I decided this would be the first. Why? Because this bundle contains a whole bunch of books I would actually buy anyway, even if they weren’t part of this sale.  And for $29.97 for the entire 86-book package (plus some cool bonuses), I figure that 34 cents a book is worth it even if I don’t read all of them.

I’ll tell you up front that most of the cookbooks offered are not vegan cookbooks (though they do contain some vegan recipes, and of course my ebook, Sweet Freedom, is entirely vegan!).  But for me, the bundle offers a large variety of information in areas related to food in general, such as juicing and dehydrating, which I can easily apply to my own diet. My book is in a section for special diets; and  there are also dozens of other aspects of living a natural, healthy life offered that I’ve wanted to explore more deeply.

The sections that called most to me were, first, those on natural body care and household cleaning products, and use the “recipes” in the books about non-toxic, homemade cleaners.

As many of you know, I’m also very interested in herbs and supplements for health care, so the ebooks on essential oils, herbal remedies and questions to ask your dentist (especially since my root canal scare last summer) are on my “to-read” first up.

Then there are the books on gardening (must improve my “black” thumb!), meal planning (something I’ve been wanting to implement for ages), and so many more!

A surprise “find” among the books listed was One Bite at a Time, a guide to getting more done through taking small steps every day–I can’t wait to start implementing these, stat (could this be my route back to leisure time again–?!).

As you can see, there’s plenty to keep you reading for quite some time.

So what, exactly, is in the bundle?

It’s composed of three parts, and anyone who purchases the package will receive all three:

Part I:

There are 86 eBooks (plus 1 eCourse) by popular bloggers on topics like real food & recipes, green living, natural cleaning and beauty, mental and emotional health, fitness, herbal remedies and more. (For the full list of titles, see below).

Part II:

Included in the package are the brand new “Coffee Table Conversations,” a 12-week series of author mentorship through interactive online conference calls and private support groups.

Part III:

The package is finished off with 9 bonus sponsors offering you $150+ of incredible products and services to help you along your way. This includes bonuses like $25.98 of FREE eco-friendly laundry detergent from Dizolve (because we all need clean clothes). This bonus alone nearly makes up for the entire cost of the bundle.

How Much Does the Bundle Cost?

All three components are included in the bundle price of $29.97.

According to the team at the Ultimate Healthy Living 2013 Bundle Sale they had three basic goals with this package: to put a comprehensive health library at your fingertips, to offer something for everyone, and to provide so much value for an itty-bitty price that it would be irresistible.

The bundle contains more than 80 ebook and ecourse resources, from authors and bloggers known as authorities in their fields. (And I’m chuffed to have my book, Sweet Freedom, included)!

For less than $30, you can pick up your own bundle complete with more than $800 of ebooks, $67 of interactive “coffee table conversations” with their authors, and $158 of products and services to help you on your way toward healthier living. That’s over a $1,000 value!

But you don’t want to wait! This bundle is available for only 6 days, from 8 a.m. (EST) on Monday, November 4th to 11:59pm (EST) on Saturday, November 9th.

Get yours now for just $29.97!
