The barrel captures continue. Dan Hoey caught a 118kg bluefin tuna fishing solo off Port Fairy yesterday.
Over at Port Macdonnell there were 4 barrels landed yesterday, but earlier in the week Daniel Ortisi and Noel Galea fished at Port Macdonnell on Tuesday and Wednesday and hooked 3 and landed 2. The smaller fish weighed 84kg and the larger model weighed 104kg. Noel also noted that the Pakula lures got all the bites!
