OfficeTeam is hiring for an Inside Sales position. For this Inside Sales position you will: Work with our customer to fill orders and recommend companion parts. Inform purchasing agents and owners of new products, price changes, and stock availability. Prepare sales orders and invoices in QuickBooks. Check stock status. Purchase specific companion parts for customers. Determine the most cost effective freight carrier for orders. Keep track of back-orders and inform customers when parts become available. Comfortable communicating verbally with customers on the phone, in person during meetings and trade shows. Excellent writing skills for emails. Record lost sales into inventory required excel sheet. This worksheet is available for purchasing and evaluating potential new product lines. Inform purchasing agent of potential stock shortages. Let purchasing agent know if a large order is coming or if there is a potential stock order needed by a customer.
