OfficeTeam is seeking an experienced and detail oriented customer service representative/dispatcher position for a fast growing Office Technology company in downtown OKC! This exciting customer service position is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the city! The ideal candidate will be bilingual, MUST HAVE at least 2+ years of high level customer service experience, and have experience working with multiple screens at once, fast typing and multitasking capability!! The job duties include but are not limited to: answering inbound calls (avg 90/calls day), answering customer email requests (60/day), handling escalated customer service calls from various locations in the US, work with contracts, meters and the AR department to help resolve issues. The ideal candidate must be reliable and have availability to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am- 6pm. This is a beautiful work environment and business casual dress code. Strong verbal and written communication is a MUST! Preferably the ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites. This is a very fast paced environment, looking for someone with strong people skills and able to work well with a team.
