The SIT Test Analyst is responsible for the planning and execution of testing for various projects within the CIO organization. Responsibilities Include

* Test Plan creation and review with key project stakeholders within the CIO organization and LOB

* Design of functional test scripts and requirements tractability matrices

* Perform execution of test scripts for multiple testing cycles

* Coordination with off-shore and near-shore test case execution factories

* Documentation of test results and supporting evidence for each test executed

* Log detected defects with sufficient supporting evidence for technical investigation

* Advise test lead of issue arising that are hampering testing progress

* Conduct root cause analysis of identified defects, providing project manager with sufficient detail to understand, replicate and resolve.

* Report testing results and issues in a timely and accurate manner.

* Report and track incidents (defects) in ALM Basic Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree required

* Minimum of 4 years of testing and/or business analysis experience at a US bank or financial institution

* Minimum of 2 year of retail banking experience and the use/knowledge of proprietary retail banking systems (preferred)

* Proven organizational, analytical and problem solving abilities

* Time management and attention to detail are a must

* Strong PC skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, ALM, SOAP UI, etc.

* Experience in working with HP ALM testing tool, Microsoft Suite Preferred Skills

* Excellent written and oral communication skills (English required, Spanish a plus)

* Ability to operating independently and take ownership of projects/test requests, without close supervision, but also work as part of a team

* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a consistently changing environment
