* Job Summary*
As a *Senior Business Integration Analyst*, your specific responsibilities include:

* Support the Identification, analysis and development of business strategies to support business needs.

* Identify areas of opportunity to increase productivity, efficiency, quality, or customer satisfaction and/or opportunities to reduce expenses and eliminate waste.

* Consult with subject matter experts from Field Accounting and other departments within Corporate Services and field operations as necessary, to obtain information and fully assess the impact that change may have on the organization.

* Document the "as is" and "to be" environment to properly assess: changes needed to close gaps, refine/streamline processes, increase efficiency and quality, enhance systems, educate clients, and/or increase client satisfaction.

* Translate customer needs into documentation that can be presented to all levels of management and business teams.

* Partner with Business Systems Analysts to define system impacts to support initiatives.

* Identify impacts to current and future business operations, assessing upstream & downstream effect of system and reporting changes.

* Function as project lead or subject matter expert on Corporate and Field initiatives where RHI and/or Protiviti operations are impacted.

* Determine the impacts to existing audit controls and ensure that controls continue to satisfy regulatory compliance requirements.

* Prepare and present results of evaluation/assessment of change impact to business sponsor(s).

* Manage multiple projects ranging from simple to complex, that will change and enhance business processes.

* Review/develop deliverables to support project execution, such as, scoping documents, communication plans, training plans, deployment plans, etc.

* Review/develop work plans to ensure that tasks, resources and timelines are complete and adequate to support the delivery within Corp Services Staffing/Protiviti, and that the plan is coordinated with other RH departments or business units impacted by the change.
* Qualifications:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, HR, or Business. MBA preferred.

* Expert knowledge of concepts, operating principles, and methodology applicable to change management and process improvement; a high degree of skill in applying this knowledge to the analysis and resolution of very complex or sensitive problems related to project implementation and client relationship management, and in applying new developments and methodologies.

* PMP certification strongly desired.

* CPA certification desired.

* 10+ years’ operational business experience with demonstrated leadership and strong project management skills is required.

* 5+ years’ experience leading the planning, development and delivery of large scale business change management initiatives, including process design, training development and delivery and communication planning and delivery is required.

* 5+ years’ of operational or financial management experience is required.

* Specific experience with ERP systems is required.

* Working knowledge of operational accounting rules and practices is required.

* Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.

* Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Be able to communicate/present information to employees on all levels and in small or large groups.

* Demonstrated ability to identify solutions to problems, listen actively, exercise sound judgment to make decisions.

* Establish and maintain strong client relationships, work independently and with others.

* Investigate problems or gaps through research or probing, make recommendations and prepare proposals, multi-task, meet deadlines.
