SAP Business One Business Analyst Seeking a go-to person for SAP to provide guidance on how to leverage SAP based technologies to create the most effective solutions. Will provide project management expertise to efficiently and effectively assist in the design and construction of solutions. Will improve upon the companys ERP (SAP Business One) Call Center and Warehouse management system processes with the goal of developing a efficient and industry standard Call Center environment. Also responsible for enhancing and supporting our integration points from Warehouse Management, eCommerce, and iVEND POS retail applications. Acts as liaison with other departments for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy the business need. Provide SAP functional and technical system support for our SAP Business One environment. Support the back office transactional functions of the business, including but not limited to general ledger, and associated SAP integration points with: E-commerce websites, iVend Retail Point of Sale, and internal Warehouse Mgmt. System solutions. Provide detailed knowledge and experience using industry best practices Works in close collaboration with business partners and developers to re-engineer business processes for efficiency and ensure consistent understanding of business processes/requirements. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Assists with tasks and deliverables related to System Development Life Cycle phases for the SAP B1 package and custom solutions Provides after hour support as needed.
