OfficeTeam is currently recruiting a Receptionists for one of our clients in the Salt Lake area. The Receptionist is responsible for answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors and performing a variety of other clerical duties as assigned. As the first point of contact, displays professional demeanor through high degree of tact, resourcefulness, patience, self-direction and flexibility in behavior including exhibiting a calm demeanor in emergency situations. Exhibits a sincere interest in providing the highest level of quality customer service Demonstrates ability to handle incoming inquiries professionally Greets all visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answering telephones promptly and courteously. Demonstrates organizational skills to include managing multiple priorities and attention to detail. Accepts constructive criticism and integrates suggestions in effective ways. Recognizes when to escalate issues to appropriate personnel to improve the functioning of the organization. Prepares name badges in a timely manner as requested. Accurately answers routine questions about organization services. Sorts incoming mail, receive packages and meters outgoing mail. Maintains reception area and supplies in an organized manner. Handles all ordering for the department. Ensures that incoming parcels, floral deliveries and medication deliveries are logged properly and distributed in a timely manner. Assists residents with various other general office duties, including faxing, copying, email updates etc. Interacts appropriately and professionally with staff relative to accounting reports, employment applications, scheduling interview, preparing orientation packets and other duties as required. Communicates well with other departments in coordinating services to assist residents, including but not limited to requests for repairs, maintenance, medication and other services. Serves as a resource to other departments. Performs other duties as assigned.
