Located in Silicon Beach, our collaborative technology department is looking of a SQA/ QA Engineer to join our team. We have a passion for automation, create technology frameworks, implement best practices, and develop tools to deliver optimal user experiences for all our products that impacts customers globally. Our talented, problem searching/ problem solving SQA/ QA team, promotes quality development into our brand’s software development and products. Additionally the QA team aids in validating business use cases and functionality with high confidence.
The SQA/ QA Engineer will be responsible for: developing our new automated testing infrastructure to help build reliable, scalable, high-quality products and services; participate in SDLC (design review to release rollout); develop hookups for third party browser with in-house automation; and track/ monitor software development defects, issues, updates, and enhancements.
The ideal SQA/ QA Engineer candidate has a computer science background, collaborative, and enjoys dealing with ambiguous/undefined problems. Additionally, the SQA / QA Engineer has solid object-oriented design skills; Coding skills in Python, JavaScript, Shell and Java, on a UNIX or Linux platform; Firm understanding of system design and ability to demonstrate comprehension of both positive/negative testing scenarios; and is experienced in building and troubleshooting test environments. Experience in AdTech, NodeJS, and/or Pynose/Pytest are highly preferred.
