This Desktop Support Analyst should be a self starter who is able to work effectively without supervision. Experience supporting both MAC and Windows environment is required. *Requirements:* Soft Skills . Strong communication and personal skills for supporting C-Suite executives and their staff. . Punctual and professional. Tidiness is a must. . Ability to work alone and as part of a team. Needs to be able to work without constant supervision. . Available to provide out-of-hours support for user technical emergencies. When the Sr. Network Administrator is unavailable (i.e.; business travel, vacation, training) . Willing to learn every aspect of the site systems and network environment. Technical Skills Desktop/Helpdesk . Strong knowledge and experience imaging, deploying and troubleshooting PC's running Windows 7, Windows 10, Office suite and assorted peripherals. . Experience imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting Macintosh laptops and peripherals. . Strong knowledge maintaining and improving the operability of Windows laptops and desktops, including updates, and disk cleanup. . Good understanding and able to troubleshoot basic PC networking principles including cabling, TCP/IP, Wireless, DNS, DHCP, Windows Authentication. Network/Server . Experience with basic Windows Active Directory and Exchange account administration, including account creation, resetting passwords, adding PC's to a domain, and permissions. . Experience with basic Windows file server, print server, and NAS administration including backups. . Experience with firewalls, switches and routers. Desired Skills . Technical Certifications are a plus. (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) .
