Contracts Specialist DTC- Healthcare Contracts Administrator Our client, a leader in the Travel Nursing Industry is looking for a 3 plus contracts specialist to support their corporate legal department and business group. Since the company is GROWING and due to the fact that they have doubled in size last year, we are looking for incredibly talented people. The contracts specialist would have 3 plus years of commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation experience. We are looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and inquisitive individual to join the team as a Contracts Specialist. The ideal candidate for the Contracts Specialist position should be able to work well under pressure, exhibit strong communication skills, and have the ability to adapt quickly in different situations. This position will be responsible for the drafting, reviewing, and analyzing of contracts for placement of temporary healthcare personnel within various medical facilities. To be successful in this position, the Contracts Specialist will need the ability to flourish in a team environment in order to support the Contract Manager and Sales Department with analysis and on-going reviews. Essential duties would include preparing drafts of contracts, amendments and statements of work, reviewing and analyzing third party contracts, amendments and statements of work. Understanding, interpreting, and explaining contractual terms, conditions, rights and obligations to business staff and making recommendations with respect to provisions, particularly with an eye towards appropriate risk mitigation to the company while facilitating business. The Contracts Specialist will assist with negotiation of contract provisions, will work collaboratively and professionally with the internal company business team, clients, and outside vendors/suppliers/third parties, assisting with review and drafting of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, including distribution and coordination of information and input from multiple departments, adhering to and supporting standards and goals of the company. The minimum requirement for this position is an Associate's Degree; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred,3 plus years in commercial contract negotiation, drafting contracts and contract administration are required for this position.
