My client, a manufacturer of market-leading brands of highly engineered building materials for residential and commercial markets is seeking a Contractor Business Manager to join their growing team. The Contractor Business Manager champions Building Products' Contractor strategy. The manager will have an opportunity to lead outreach to retain our current contractors, expand our business with contractors who do some business with us, and to convert contractors who primarily work with traditional materials or competitors composite materials. The Contractor Business Manager will manage our Pro Rewards Contractor Loyalty Program. The manager will be responsible for continued growth of the program as well as developing features and benefits that provide value to our contractor partners while keeping them highly engaged. The Contractor Business Manager will also develop the messaging and engagement strategy for all contractors, builders and architects so they are educated about our industry leading products and choose them for their projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Understand Deck and Trim contractors and builders, and be their advocates within my clients Building Products. Connect with all of our functional areas to ensure that we are delivering the best service to this key segment of our business. Ensure they want to present our products to their clients.

* Manage Pro Rewards Contractor Loyalty Program

* Manage strategy and growth of program to deliver on key metrics

* Oversee program and continue to develop and provide value-added benefits and features to contractors

* Collaborate with sales members to develop regional and product-specific promotions

* Develop and execute communication plan to drive engagement amongst contractors

* Provide monthly reporting on key metrics

* Manage Communication and engagement strategy for contractor base

* Work external CRM partner to design messaging for contractor segments. Continue to build out our database for targeted communication.

* Develop strategy and build out customer journeys for multiple audiences ( contractor, architect, builder)

* Ensure we create and deploy optimal tools to educate contractors on how to sell premium products versus tradition wood products, and how to sell our industry leading products

* Lead efforts with our sales team to increase our contractor base in key geographies

* Partner with Sales Team to expand our business with exiting contractors and find sustainable ways to convert new contractors to brands Building Products

* Analyze efforts, report results and success metrics using Salesforce.com as our core platform.

* Manage Lead Generation Efforts

* Own and manage all lead generation efforts and initiatives to get homeowners connected with our most aligned contractors

* Work with our CRM manager to optimize lead assignment logic and effectiveness

* Manage relationship with our existing lead management vendor. Also be primary point of contact for campaigns that require fulfillment through vendor.

* Manage lead generation campaigns and relationships
