Robert Half Technology is seeking a .Net Developer for one of our clients in the La Jolla, California area. The .Net Developer will be responsible for working closely with the Application Development and Business Analysis teams to develop new applications, and maintain existing applications. More responsibilities include: Develop new features on existing .Net applications, using any of the following languages/technology: C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, SQL. Help identify and develop workable solutions to code defects (bug fixes). While working with the Development Team, plan, design, and develop new applications for internal stakeholder groups as needed using Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server and SQL Server. Design, build, and maintain SQL databases to support application functions including writing custom queries and stored procedures for special data requests. Build new and maintain existing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Create documentation to outline the system designs and architectures. Perform periodic code review and refactoring for changing technologies (e.g. upgrades, new OS).
