The Unity3d.lash Developer will assist in the development and maintaining of the front and back-end Systems efforts, with a particular focus on Unity3d application development for Client Server and Web development projects. Resource will also assist in existing Flash support efforts. Responsibilities include: Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
* Work with creative directors, video and sound producers, QA and product managers in developing maintaining applications.
* Develop and build applications in Unity3d, C# or MonoC#, HTML, and Flash CS3 and Action Script 2.0 and 3.0.
* Understand and gather requirements. Create technical designs and document all system changes.
* Perform support duties on critical issues
* Perform unit/system and integration testing on own work and the work of others
* Participate/Lead in Design and Code Reviews
* Follow and enhance existing development processes
* Measure and verify that new and old code has acceptable performance and scalability metrics
* Consistently meet project deadlines.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

* Very good oral and written communication skills Education and Skills
* Bachelors of fine Arts in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Interactive Design, Computer Science
* Good organizational and communication skills required.
* Ability to assess problems and solve them with a strong sense of urgency.
* Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities.
* Analytical and creative thinker.
